Totally unprofessional and disorganized entity. I have some serious concerns! Best known for their covid testing sites but they are so disorganized. Maybe an overhaul of each of their programs. Mismanagement does come to mind when reviewing this (dis) organization. Absolutely lacking in the necessary resources needed to assist the East Oakland community. Like the AC Transit bus lines in which serve 🤔 this community, you will be waiting ✋ quite a time for any meaningful service.

I went in at 930 am and was out of there by 1015 am. I received my covid 19 test shot on a Monday morning, and I had my results Monday at 11pm. This was not as bad as my anxiety made it seem. I will be going to this sit if I decide to get vaccinated soon. Everyone was professional and kind. It was a pleasant atmosphere and I appreciated the entire experience.

Roots need to direct the people that are testing down International. They are lined up all through our apartment building on our porches and our grass for days now I ask to to go on the sidewalk and the did but it f these are people that are infected then they are putting us at risk I posted a picture
