Dr. Ahmed no longer works here. This is a totally different VIRTUAL practice. Consultation conducted over zoom. It's one of those corporate run office devoid of personal touches. Wonderful Dr. Ahmed, friendly receptionist and hygienist are all gone. I showed up last year for my scheduled appointment and was told Dr. Ahmed's practice is no longer and I didn't have an appointment. If I want, I could subscribe and have a virtual visit with an unknown dentist. There was no prior notice, nothing. I was caught by "Total" surprise. It took me a while to find a new dentist that I am not happy with. Few dentist can measure up to Dr. Ahmed's kindness and level of care for his patients. I tried to find him to no avail. We need good dentist like Dr. Ahmed, but I can no longer find him.

Big corporate outfit now, pushed out my favorite DDS and my wife and I along with their changes! It's a real shame as their alternatives to the typical western dental office were really great.

They don’t return customer distress phone calls, & don’t stand by their work. You have to walk into their office to get any aftercare support. Their standard customer service go to is: “I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do unless you want to have this (expensive thing) done. Do you want to make an appointment?” And while they do have a “30 day warranty”, it’s not meaningful for low quality materials that fail at the 6 month point. Since many of the people are warm and empathetic, their ability to do the right thing is hamstrung by the corporate policies. The staff reluctantly abide by these rules so they don’t get fired. If your also empathetic, you can feel their internal conflict over their limited ability to do the right thing in their job. There is an background of resignation and sadness in the people at this office.

Was told that parking would be validated and when I asked at the office the front desk accused me of lying and refused to validate or reimburse parking.

Deceptive business practices=went on a Sunday for an urgent tooth issue and they did not mention that only X-ray would be performed because there are no dentists on site. After X-ray will they offer to schedule a dental exam. I left without getting any services

We really miss Dr. Ahmed! I wish he did not give his practice up to this very sales oriented corporation. The entire visit with Dr. H dentistry was very unprofessional. I think it’s unfair that the wonderful reviews that Dr. Ahmed has on Google and yelp, will be used by this horrible profit oriented unethical practice. This new group decided to have a virtual dentist visit with me. I had to download an app on my phone,which did not even work to do a video call with this dentist. When the dentist finally was able to video call with me on my very own phone, the dentist was unable to correctly do a screen share. I was later informed about a very costly treatment plan. I decided to have a second opinion from another dentist, and it turns out I don’t need any of this costly dental work at all! Please avoid this place. Please go to a more honest practice. I highly recommend getting second opinions when it comes to dentistry, seems like lots of people are in this field for money. I am really frustrated that Dr. Ahmed is no longer here, this new group is incredibly unethical. Save your money and time and you can get better care from a better dentist.

I had my cleaning today with Janice and they did great! Victoria was very welcoming and helpful with paperwork :)

First time with this new Dental practice. Dental hygienist did a fantastic job. It was the best teeth cleaning I've had in years.
