I love this clinic because I live seven minutes away great hospitalityI'm currently a patient of West Oakland clinic for 16 + yearsI have high blood pressure so they monitor my blood pressure every three-plus months no co-pays awesome insurance covers my medical appointment

I was rescheduled multiple times on a virtual appointment which was due to concerns about cancer. Once on the phone, the doctor spent 2 min talking to me. 1 minute apologizing for having difficulty connecting to me on a zoom call I was never invited to. And the other minute to tell me they would call me back to schedule me to see me in person to see the area. No biopsy is even running through the mind of the doctor despite multiple symptoms being shown. Other medical professionals have also told me this is ridiculous and a biopsy should've been ordered already.This kind of delay, especially when considering the fact that cancer is a very possible result is incompetent at best and malicious at worst. The above situation is what spurred me to write this but the long wait times and brief appointment times are unacceptable. The argument would be that they have a high patient to staff ratio and yet when concerning the health of people sounds like self justification for doing a subpar job.

Offering covid testing and vaccines! They helped me navigate getting healthcare and now I'm an established patient and have only ever experienced utmost professionalism, patience, and good care from here. They offering an amazing service and support to West Oakland

Reception was great. They're all super nice here.

Terrible at scheduling. The doctor will be late for that phone appointment or just never show up until days later when you're busy.They will force you to wait extra MONTHS for broken teeth. They lost my glasses after 16 weeks of waiting for them to come in. And the doctors are kind of rude.They won't let me bring in my professional grade mask but they'll hand me an oversized one that doesn't fit. They also don't enforce mask wearing well.Good place to get sick then not get any help.

Theyre hiding in the building since the pandemic started as you can see from the other reviews you have to do everything by phone and the staff has taken this opportunity to "not work" , had three phone interviews , two where cancelled without notifying me and one I answered the phone and they hung up in my face , they need to be closed if they're not helping anyone just syphoning money off the community

I've had 2 tests there in the past, the lastest being in mid November, and the staff was great. But i am trying to get another test and the online scheduling is only showing a same-day schedule and of course there are zero appts available. i've been checking every day for a week. why isn't the schedule open for the coming week(s) like it used to be? is this testing site even open still?

I wouldn't give this place a star at all, this place is horrible they neglect your health and the staff there is very rude they have attitudes like they don't want to work and they give you the run around. So I called due to severe vomiting in pregnancy and the nurse practitioner was rude and said to get a covid test and I told her I already did and I Know I'm having nausea and vomiting from pregnancy not covid not to mention I have a 7 month old she told me to go the emergency room which wasn't going to happen as I said I have a baby. I was lied to that a prescription was sent in on the 10th and I continued to call the pharmacy and there was no prescription so then I called the office back n got the run around and was told to call after hours and speak wit another doctor so I did and then the lady who assisted me was very rude telling me about a policy and I couldn't get any help and had to wait until Monday, I then called again Saturday to get help n still received no help an was told I had to wait til Monday because they're limited staff, mind you they all have been sending this nurse practitioner urgent messages and got no response now here it is Monday and the practitioner still hasn't responded nor called so at this point I feel like my health is being neglected because I expressed the severity of my symptoms and I'm still being told I can't get help.....this is ridiculous and I've never experienced this kind of health neglect from anyone except for when I came to this clinic.....

The hours shown are for the health clinic not the Covid Test site. The Covid testing schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 8am - 4pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30.
