When checking in you have no privacy.Need to hire more diverse people.The Doctors are great.

This place is terrible 3 hours to get a simple shot by appointment. We were the first ones in None of the staff is here yet. Your time is not important here

El personal de el Centro de llamadas de la Clínica La Raza para Clinica Oakly en especial el Señor Diego, hace deficiente el trabajo de servicio al paciente, su trabajo es tomar llamadas, recados y reportar los problemas, pero el se toma la libertad de gritar, regañar,decir al paciente como tiene que hablar, y discutr, cuelga las llamadas cuando se le esta tratando de explicar, y así no se resuelve nadateniendo que hacer más llamadas con otras personas para solucionar nuestros problemas

Fantastic staff and empathetic doctors

The dr.William's and his friend Np.Symon had made the experience amazing and a laugh out loud. I recomend this clinica to anyone and especially point out that they should get this doctors. Absolutely incredible!!:):):)

This was my first time here (transferred from the Concord Clinica) the staff was amazing! Made sure my children were comfortable. Dr. Williams is AMAZING! My children loved him this is the first time I seen them comfortable in a doctors office. Highly recommend this place.

I went to La Clinica today, April 6, 2018 with a list of medical issues that I wanted to discuss with the Dr. Kimberly Reynosa.  She walked into the room thirty minutes late.  After talking about some medicine refills that I needed, she started to get up out of her chair and leave the exam room.  I told her that I had a list of medical issues that I needed to talk to her about.  I asked for a referral for two doctors; God knows when I'm going to get those referrals.  The worst part of this meeting was that she asked me for my list and without reading what was on the paper I was told that she would enter it into my chart.  She never checked my heart or my abdomen and walked out of the exam room within 5 minutes  of her entering the room.  I was left stunned.  How can a doctor not take the time to read the medical issues that I am concerned about and even worse, how does a doctor walk out of the room with not so much as listening to my heart or checking to see if I had discomfort in my abdomen.  I left in tears and will NEVER go back to this place again.  If you're Spanish then you have it made.  If your white forget it.  Nothing for you.  THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DOCTOR.  Avoid this place if you can.

I have been threw ( to ) many Doctors in my life and i can honestly say that Dr Joan Hoffman has been by far the best , she doesnt just spend 10 min and your gone with no explanation ...She actually takes the time to explain all and is VERY thuro , I truely believe she will be the answers to my prayers ......

Dr Houghman... Talk about compassion and proffessionalism. She is thorough and considerate and follows up better than any doctor ive ever had. She takes her time and you never feel like she just "rushed you away". And as far as treatment and medications....she gives you options and EXPLAINS exactly what the treatment or meds do. I strongly prefer a high experienced doctor over someone who just left med school. With Dr. Houghman, you will leave feeling CARED for. Best part.
