Aaron Boonjindasup's Online Review Report Card

This man has no business practicing medicine he is negligent on the most basic level and nearly ended my fathers life.

Sadly although he is a competent doctor, his staff is not. The staff is apathetic, unprofessional, disorganized and not very helpful. The doctor should get rid of that entire staff and start over, I suspect that the reason he does not get back to patients is because he never gets the messages. I have seen those women more interested in their personal phone than answering the phone.

Need a urologist? Male or female, Dr. Aaron Boondinjasup ('Boon' works fine) is the best choice in North County Coastal. His office is just behind Tri-City Hospital and he is affiliated with Scripps and can access Scripps files, but sees non-Scripps patients as well. Insurance and payment are not concerns for me, so I have no info or advice there.An excellent doctor not onlyknows how to treat your illness, but also works with their patients to understand their lives and needs; the really great few also make a patient feel at ease when they talk with them.I have multiple needs for specialists physicians; right now I see over a dozen regularly. None begins to compare with Dr. Boon for making my anxious self relax so we can discuss delicate subjects.I first saw Dr. Boon when he was still working in a large urology group setting; he has now set up a private office with one partner. His staff was friendly and I felt so lucky to return to his care.Though I most get looks for finishing the sentences of my spouse of 50 years, the opposite happened in Dr. Boon's office and made for a cute anecdote. Hubby is very charismatic, so much so that I have 3 doctors, more in the past, who tend to get busy chatting with him , especially about bicycling; sometimes they seem to forget I'm in the room.Not Dr. Boon😄! My hubby tried to gently shove me back to my Urological issues when I was answering the "How are you?" question. Dr. Boon looked at him and pointed out with a smile that we would get to that fine! He called him out for putting in his 2 cents worth when they weren't needed! I was elated for the support!! This is the doc to see!

Dr Boonjindasup is a very knowledgeable and caring urologist who is right on top of finding a remedy and cure for my medical problem. He takes time to explain in a way that’s easy to understand. I am confident that he is the urologist that many will seek for his expertise. He has a pleasant and friendly staff as well.

Dr. Boon was a consumate professional from the beginning, not to mention personable and pleasant to be around. His expertise and knowledge is awesome and you can just tell he's a great guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have to say that IF you ever get prostate cancer....and I hope you don't, that you'll start your healing and recovery with Aaron Boonjindasup (Boon), M.D.Cancer is devastating on its face, and having a personable, experienced, great communicator is paramount for your survival and well being....and Dr. Boon is that man.Not only do you have access to him while in the office, he's made himself available (really, really available) by phone and email as well, which makes keeping your level of care and comfort as high as it can be.I absolutely recommend him and his colleagues, and trust that you will find his quality of care remarkable and worthy of your trust.

I seen Dr Aaron Boonjindasup 10/3/2019 for an examine and test for blood/bladder cancer as my brother just died 8/2019 from bladder cancer... We believed Dr Boonjindasup medical portal was tied in to the Scripps portal where I check for any test results ... All showed fine in the scripps portal ...Now I have received a bill for $2995 foe the test sent out to the at coast (PA)..I also found out my test results were never uploaded per the office manager they have been in "transition"..What does that mean they never called me with the correct rest results as of today 1/28/2020..I would not reccommend anyone to this dr as he does not follow up and has shown himself to be unorganized, not getting back to his patients... It seems he is all about the money but no real care of his patients at all ..I am still awainting for a call for the results 3 months later..How pathetic ..
