Just move to the area I was hopping for a good service, not was I was expecting the people on the front take a long time and they really don't want to help you when you ask for information and they don't even try to get a second opinion. The doctor is good so far but the staff need to be retrain in customer service. They dint give me an option to go to a lab with out an appointment( when I ask for that option), they schedule me and made me wait a week for an appointment on the site so they will do the lab and they were not even able to get it done on my son now I am driving all the way to the Lab that I was easily able to do last week. I really need to look for other options on this are .

Worst dental experience I ever had there's a big difference between paid private care and medical/clinical offices, never ever again will I go to a clinic for dental I can see why some kids are scared and scarred not wanting to go as an adult.I had prefect dental experience till I went here

I have been going to this vcc for a while it has new employees and not being professional I was misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication and I have not been able to contact them since my patients protal is always down/error so I can't make an appointment that way & the phone line is difficult to reach someone so how can you make a complaint or RESCHEDULED to receive the correct diagnosis when no one is available

I had a wonderful experience the other day. The staff here are so nice and professional. And the doctor katie was empathetic and listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. Definately recommend

Was "prescribed" medication on Thursday and was told i could go pick it up... it is now 5 days later still haven't gotten any prescription and even though i call on a daily basis i still haven't received my prescription or any results period.

Did a deep dental cleaning. Today I finished my 4th session with Angelica Fox. For being an inexpensive dental place she gave expensive work. She never poked, prodded, or scraped any part of my mouth. I was expecting her to give me some anguish at least a couple times but it never happened. Angelica is very very very good. Thank you vcc Douglas.

This is just sad, I have been waiting all day for an appointment and I get delayed for it just why.

Hidden gem!!! Love the staffs!! They are so friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with the facility and cleanliness. This is my first time here and Lulu, in the front office was very professional and welcoming.

Dr. Panicker is my primary care physician at this North River Road , Oceanside clinic location. He has provided excellent service and medicine attention to me since i was assigned to him.The entire staff is cheerful, helpful, attentive, efficient and sharp-minded. I like all of the VCC locations in north county San Diego i feel as if i am i good hands with their health practitioners.I am grateful for such excellent care!!~~ Very Sincerely,Becca L. Burnett

I am always At the Vale Terrace clinic which is great, they even have a parking structure
