AKA “Stevenson” As over the years we have always been happy and been taken very good care of at Dermatology Specialists / O’side. And we will miss Dr Kristen, but wish her well, and to have more time with her girls. But knowing she is changing location, she made sure we were handed off to another Dr and would not be surprised when we return for annual visit. Thanks Team Ocenside !

I would like to personally thank Dr. Regina Brown with Dermatology Specialists for how gracious, pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming she has ever been during every visit. She has effectively reduced a five year long debilitating skin condition down to almost non existent. I feel as though in a few more weeks I should be completely cured. Dr. Regina Brown has greatly improved the quality of my life and I can’t be any more grateful for her services.

I've tried calling 2 days in a row and after 17 minutes waiting on hold the 1st day and so far 23 minutes holding now the second day...I'm assuming they wouldn't have any appointments available anyhow. Asking my Dr for a referral to someone else.

This review is about the front office. Although they are nice it is Impossible to get through on the phone. You will wait at least 20-30 minutes, ( my husband called for 3 days with a 40 minute wait) often being disconnected once it actually leaves the recording and actually rings . Very frustrating! When this issue was mentioned they told my husband I’m sorry but we are understaffed and when I called and had the same issue, the front desk said I’m sorry but I’m the only one here today answering phones.. very poor first impression. Just hire more people for the front desk.
