Location is accessible and welcoming with ample parking. Receptionist are super friendly and helpful staff. Office is well maintained and clean and the treatment rooms I go to are organized and the assistants of Dr. Ross are Top Tier been going here for years! Effective and highly recommended treatment.

I have been a patient for many years. Dr Venkat and his team have been professional, helpful and caring. O have recommended them to family and friends.

My insurance is the one that let me know this place is covered with them and when called for appt they took insurance info saying they still have to confirm with them (this was also a primary care referral) and they never called back to set appt with me. This is second time having to deal with them and not getting any treatment

I have been a patient of Dr. Kristen Aguirre for a few years, and she is the best Dermatologist I have encountered. Her professionalism and knowledge is demonstrated with each and every appointment. Equally important, is her extremely thorough examinations and procedures! The staff are very nice and the Oceanside location is ideal with plenty of parking and close to the freeway. I have been treated by Dr. Jens Thiele for several years. He always quickly spots any skin abnormalities and performs surgeries when needed. I trust his experience and judgment implicitly. As a health care professional myself, I know what constitutes good care. Additionally, his support staff is knowledgable, courteous, and helpful.

Went for skin cancer screening as it's in my family. Appointment was on time and front desk staff very welcoming. Met with Dr. Ross. Thorough, gentle, even when he warned a "pinch" was coming it was very mild. But my biggest reason for the 5 stars is not once did he try to upsell me on Botox or laser hair removal or juvaderm or lip fillers. My former dermatologist did not inspect one part of my anatomy without recommending some procedure to "fix it". I get that's their bread and butter, and skin cancer isn't very sexy. But some of us are ok with how we look.

The hardest people to get a hold of besides my dentist. I always try to schedule my refills early however I always always have problems with my medications coming from any of the doctors here at this facility. Took me 3 months to get information from them to my pharmacy in 2022. Now again in 2023, another month to get a refill even after I came in for my check up. Shouldn’t be this hard as I’ve been on the medication for a while now. They say 24 hours for call back but take WEEKS and often times never return the calls. Other cons are is that my doctor only worked one day a week. Really hard to fit to her schedule when I also have work myself. Unfortunately, it’s harder to switch derms when you’re on meds. If I could I would. The doctors and staff are very nice at the office though.

Was going there and walked out a couple of years ago, went back to a DR. at Scripps. He moved on so the referral was back to this place, Dr. Samady, long wait for the appointment, but visit went fine, on the 19th of April. Was going to put through 3 prescriptions, as of the 24th still not done. I called this AM and all voice mail or waiting for 11 other callers. Done, will complain to Scripps for referring to them. Scripps is fantastic.

I've been seeing Dr Ross for quite a few years.. I really like the place my only suggestion is that they have more handicap parking spaces
