Dr is wonderful how ever I have been try to get a appointment for a month now. When I call to make a appointment the line is busy or she answers and puts you on hold immediately and the call drops. It’s so frustrating!!! Anyone that knows how to get through to them please let me know.

Dr. Springer is not the professional specializing in diabetic feet he claims to be. He cut my skin making me bleed. A lot. And he said nothing about it as he put a bandaid around my toe. I am very upset about this as that is why I went to him in the first place.

Horrible place don't go i had a appointment with dr Springer they never called me for a follow up the lady answering the phones is rude as hell when i asked to speak to a supervisor she lied she doesnt even have teeth sure as hell shouldn't be in the office very disrespectful i will be reporting them

My first couple visits were fine, however now, I have been trying to call for the past week, memory full and being asked for a remote access code? Meanwhile my foot pain is just getting worse n worse

I have been going to Dr. Springer for over 2 years and he is the best foot doctor I've ever been to. He has way above average bed side manner. I would recommend him to anybody. You couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Went to see him about a problem with my foot. He took the time to explain the problem, recommended arch supports to fix it I found him to be personable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Springer is a very busy Podiatrist and that's because he is the absolute top in his field. If your miserable, suffering and the pain is consuming you, like my ankle did me, you literally feel like you cannot live like this much longer, then see Dr. Springer asap! He knew what I was suffering from on my 1st visit but waited to formally diagnose it on my 2nd after the CT scan confirmed what he thought, Sinus Tarsi. On that same 2nd visit I walked out with orthotic inserts he made me, on the spot, a very carefully positioned cortisone injection, as ALL the nerves that run thru this Sinus cavity are the nerves from my spine, to my leg and to my feet. Yes, 2nd visit i had no more pain at all. I get a flare up occasionally and all I have to do is call, and his staff gets me in...which is why I will forever bring them treats! I feel so blessed that i found a Dr who gave me my life again...pain free!

Dr. Springer and his staff are kind, compassionate, and highly experienced. Dr. Springer recently operated on my foot and I am now completely pain free and well into my recovery. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Springer and his staff for taking such good care of me. I consulted with 5 other other physicians prior to being referred to Dr. Springer. He has given me the ability to walk and live without pain. In my opinion, there is no greater gift. Thank you with all of my heart.
