Incredibly disrespectful. Rude women working the front. I was the very first person through the door at 7:30 am this morning, and the VERY FIRST person on their sign-in sheet. 5-6 people got called back before me, and I had been there before! One of the women working the front desk came to work sick. After 3 hours of waiting (not exaggerating), Dr. Kathleen Gray, MD told me she wouldn't help me with my urgent (but simple) medical condition. The entire time they (front desk & the doctor, herself) were literally hunting for and manufacturing reasons not to help me. Got the vibe that I probably would have received better service if I wasn't a white male. They keep asking, "is this a work-related injury?" If it's not, they really don't want you there (they must get more $$ from workers comp), and they make that pretty clear. This is not a real urgent care facility. And no, "Patient Care Team"... don't bother responding. You had THREE HOURS to "Care" for me!! You failed, so here's a spoonful of sugar to help the 1-star rating go down a little easier.
