Dr. Liu and his team took excellent care of me while I received surgery on my broken nose. I’m super happy and grateful with the results post recovery. Now, I’m able to breathe more comfortably and clearly as a result of this surgery. I can’t thank him and his staff enough! I would highly recommend anyone to ENT Associates!

Awesome staff. Dr. K is my doctor and he is very good and great with patients. Caring and makes sure you know whats going on. I would highly recommend this office for your ENT issues

Today was my first visit with Dr. Robert D. Jacobs and I just had to come sing my praises for the care I received today! The moment I walked into the building I was greeted with friendly smiles. I pre-registered online before coming in so I waited maybe three minutes before being called back for my appointment. I have had to see several ENTs over the past 1.5 years and have had a lot of issues where I have become quite anxious. Dr. Jacobs noticed my anxiety before I even mentioned it and he paused for a moment to assure me and help calm me and reminded me to breathe. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me each step he was doing and how incredibly patient he was in answering all of my questions. His entire demeanor was very gentle, calm, steady... everything my nervous system needed. I actually left feeling happy and confident about my after care and expectations. If you have ever experienced anxiety after some bad experiences, you can understand how much it means when you can leave feeling seen, heard, and cared about as a person and not just a number. I unfortunately didn't catch the nurse's name (my glasses were off) but she was very friendly as well. The building is nice and clean and I appreciated the photographs doting the walls (which I learned were photographed by Dr. Jacobs himself). The imagery was beautiful and calming. Small details that help create a great overall experience!

I saw Dr K. for the first time. I had been to several ENT doctors over the years. He was very professional, intelligent and a good communicator! I had also seen Dr B., who is the same! And the staff was great too! I would recommend this practice to anyone! Thanks to all!

Both Dr. B and Dr K are excellent listeners and explain details in easy to understand language. Very attentive also. And Dr. K has great hair

I have been seeing Dr. Berry for more than 10 years since having sinus and cancer surgery. I have been through two surgeries, sinus and cancer, and the after care. I have always received the most outstanding of care. The same exceptional service is provided by the front and back office support staff. I give Dr. Berry and her office my highest recommendation.

Dr Liu is phenomenal. He has great bedside manner and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He thoroughly explained what was going on and how to go about fixing it, gave options for medical management vs surgery, explained pros and cons, and provided a no-pressure environment where I was able to confidently choose a path forward that worked for me. My surgery went perfectly and recovery has been a breeze. I would highly recommend Dr Liu and ENT Associates to anyone needing the services of an ENT office.

Got an appointment right away wonderful friendly staff and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Friendly takes his time with you and explains everything.

I wanted to write a review the first time, but I didn't even though I was a little bit upset. If you are a bigger person, heavyset fat, obese whatever you like to call it do not see this doctor. He's very discriminatory against big people. Even though this is a nose and throat doctor the first thing this DR said to me was you are very high risk even though I never asked for surgery or said anything about surgery! I did not come to this doctor to talk about my weight!! I came to talk about my nasal polyps!!! I felt the vibe that he did not want to see me because maybe he doesn't like fat black people idk. So today was my second appointment with this doctor. The doctors name is Richard Lou and even though I did not feel comfortable I had to Via insurance! This is where my insurance sent me so I didn't have a choice! Today they called me about 45 minutes before the appointment and asked me to come in sooner. I tell them I can't, and then they start making all these excuses about why they can't see me instead of being honest and just saying they don't like fat people. If you are a big person, I would advise you to find somebody else. I know a lot of doctors discriminate against us and don't want to treat them because they think everything is because of our weight even though it's my nose lol ! Find somebody else instead of Richard Liu. I've had this type of discrimination from Scripps Mercy Hospital in the past and I think they are associated with Scripps, so I am not shocked at all. The first appointment I felt like crying because he was looking at me with discussed. This is the same thing that happened at Scripps Mercy Hospital. They're very discriminatory my bigger people I would avoid. I'm gonna start asking these doctor if they have a problem with fat people before I book an appointment. He wasted my time my gas money my day. I could've worked today.
