A very pleasant appointment. Even though the wait was long, the receptionist was friendly and very respectful of our time by updating us frequently with wait times. Everyone was kind and friendly, and the manager, Kimberly, was extremely compassionate and helpful when I asked to speak to her about scheduling an upcoming pet scan. Exceptional customer care from the moment I entered the door.

I had a very good experience with my MRI which i am very claustrophobic but the tech that was there July 7th at 8:15 pm was awesome . I can't remember his name but he was great

I go here every year for a Mammogram. Staff is friendly and helpful. The procedure is quick and thorough. The tech is very kind. I've been coming for 6 years. I will come again next year!

The people working up front were kind and helpful. The X-ray techs were the worst, humiliating, and immature people I have ever dealt with. I would not go back for an X-ray. The two individuals one male and the other female working should be fired and never work in the medical field again.

I have been here twice and the staff takes extra measures to ensure everyone is safe, especially during this pandemic. The place is clean and the staff is very efficient and friendly. I love that they send a text message for you to check in online. I didn't wait too long and had a very pleasant experience. I also love that I received an email with a log in to view my images. Excellent staff, service and state of the art facility!

If you have a choice to go anywhere else go to them. The employees are rude, inconsiderate and they are extremely slow.

My experience was great in the strangest of times. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. An MRI, at least for low back takes 25 minutes. Be on time for your appointment. I was the first appointment in the am. When I was done, the waiting room was full. These days, be kind, patient. And, know, everything is much harder these days. Bring a good book to read - cell phone a no no in waiting room!

Everyone here was so nice; the receptionist and the nurse/doctor that did the sonogram. Because nothing was clear with the topical one, she had to do the insertion sonogram (which my primary doctor failed to mention to me so it came unexpected). However, she made a very uneasy experience very comfortable for me. Not only was She extremely sweet and patient, she was efficient and professional. I would only go here if I had to do this again.

Awful wait to treat your patients of color. Conveniently had us waiting until all the white folks we looked at first?! And to top it all off they made us exit through the back. Pathetic

I have been here several times. They are always friendly and accommodating. Yes there is usually a full waiting room, but it moves quickly. The techs are always sensitive and understanding...not rush rush
