Jason Phillips's Online Review Report Card

I went to the see Dr. Phillips on August 10, 2022, due to blood in my urine. Dr. Phillips was thorough, cared, and ordered a series of tests. However, as a patient, you are forced to work with the doctor's staff. The staff advised me that the imaging facility they use would contact me to schedule an appointment. Weeks had went by with no call from the imaging facility. I called the imaging facility and they advised me that the orders had not been sent. I've been dealing with Dr. Phillips' staff with no luck. As of November 16, 2022, still no results. I have an appointment for imaging for November 18, 2022 and Dr. Phillips staff still has not mitigated the issues. VERY POOR SERVICE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This doctor is the best Urologist in San Diego County. Hands down. Hes gotten me every kind of tests and X-rays that I needed for my enlarged prostate over the years.

Prior to them Diagnosing me with Prostate Cancer they provided no information on biopsy prep, don't return phone calls. After diagnosis, they don't call, follow up, even when I call them and they say they will get back to me, they do not. Go anywhere but here if you want an office who cares or knows what they are doing.

Dr Phillips is the best Dr anywhere. So kind and so professional. He is outstanding at his profession

I believe my care suffered greatly from delays due to office staff. This organization is extremely poorly run! Don't go here!

On Jan. 29,2021 Dr. Phillips removed a tumor from my right Kidney, From the start Dr. Phillips described the entire procedure and put my mind at ease. Every thing went just as He said. On Sat. Feb.6th I went for the results and have the drain tube removed. the tumor was a clear cell carcinoma, he assured me they got it all and no further treatment would be needed. I just want to say what wonderful treatment I got through out this surgery, the kindness and support could not have been better, The robot surgery system was something I only heard of before, but it turns out Dr. Phillips is an expert at this and it should be used more often as my recovery has been without any problems. Thank You Dr. Phillips

Dr Phillips is my hero. He literally saved My life. I doubt many people have the privilege of saying that about another human being. I was 48 yrs old and didn't know I had stage 3 cancer. Dr. Jason Phillips calmed me down and removed one of my kidneys. He told me, "if you were my brother this is what I would do". After over a year, I am clean. No cancer in my PET scans. BTW, my insurance didn't cover a scan but Dr. Phillips still did it without payment. Incredible super human being.
