My 78 year old mother was diagnosed with kidney cancer. I honestly don’t know how we found Dr Phillips but I can say that he has been an angel sent to us. From the moment he walked into the room we felt a calmness about him. He took quite a bit of time showing us the Ct scan and why he felt the surgery was necessary. He insisted we be in complete agreement before we proceeded. His bedside manner is outstanding. My mother is now cancer free. Thank you Thank you Dr Phillips!

On Jan. 29,2021 Dr. Phillips removed a tumor from my right Kidney, From the start Dr. Phillips described the entire procedure and put my mind at ease. Every thing went just as He said.On Sat. Feb.6th I went for the results and have the drain tube removed.the tumor was a clear cell carcinoma, he assured me they got it all and no further treatment would be needed.I just want to say what wonderful treatment I got through out this surgery, the kindness and support could not have been better,The robot surgery system was something I only heard of before, but it turns out Dr. Phillips is an expert at this and it should be used more often as my recovery has been without any problems.Thank You Dr. Phillips

Dr. Phillips took great care of my disabled brother when he had kidney stones. We couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional health provider. My brother appreciated how comfortable the doctor made him feel while he explained the procedure. That gave my brother lots of confidence in Dr. Phillips's ability for a successful outcome. We have seen Dr. Phillips for other urology concerns and recommend him highly. Going to see Dr. P is an enjoyable experience for my brother as well because they both appreciate each others sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Phillips for all you've done to to keep my brother as healthy as he can be.

Dr. Phillips is an excellent Urologist and has been instrumental in making sure my health is where it needs to be. I had to be seen by Dr. Phillips a few years ago and needed to be seen again recently. I made sure my insurance referred me back to him. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for his specialty. Great personality and always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. Could not be happier with having him as my Dr.

Dr. Phillips is definitely a 5 star. He is a profesional, kind, knowledgeable and well spoken doctor. He did an emergency stone removal. I had a follow up at his clinic to get my sten removed a week follow up.The secretary who answered my call to schedule an appointment seemed very annoyed to speak to me. I did not take it personal since I could of just been over reacting. However, once I arrived for my appointment the same person was very rude and treated other patients differently. She would change her character to very sweet and outgoing towards other patients.I did not say anything. I just needed my stent removed. The nurse that assisted me was very nice, professional young lady. Dr. Phillips was not in office so Dr. Aaron assisted me. I do not recall his name. He informed me that the secretarys would schedule an ultrasound to make sure that everything was looking right.I NEVER GOT A CALL!!!! I went in on July and it is now October. I called to ask what was going on and left a voice-mail. I recieved a call informing me that they did not take my insurance however they were waiting for a response from my insurance. The secretary said she would call me back the next day to follow up. Again, she never called back. No follow up.Dr. Phillips you are an amazing doctor but you need a different front office staff. Based on reviews I am not the only one who complained about customer service.

Dr Phillips is a smart, kind, innovative and down to earth physician. He has been my physician for 6 plus years! He listens to the patients needs and is commented to finding solutions to everyday and not so everyday medical issues. Having lupus plus multiple other autoimmune diseases makes my case complex. Dr Phillips is committed and has resolved all my urological issues. We continue to maintain keeping a lot of my medical issues at bay. He works with my other doctors well , to give me the utmost care. You can not find a better urologist. You will not be disappointed in his care or his commitment
