My primary care doctor recommended Dr. Brooks to me. Upon seeing him on my first appointment, he was friendly and seemed to be a knowledgeable doctor. But his office personnel is not professional at all. First, the office personnel never answer the phone; they keep on voicemail. I had been in a lot of pain, so I tried calling the office for a week straight at various times of the day, and it ALWAYS GOES TO VOICEMAIL. I left at least 10 messages for a return call and no return call from the office. I went back to my primary care doctor and told her NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO PATIENTS; my doctor said she would NEVER AGAIN! Worst doctor's office I had ever gone to, STAY AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER .... BESIDES, THEY WON'T ANSWER ANYWAYS! GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Dr. Brooks is a very good Podiatrist. He has treated a number of my foot ailments successfully. He is thorough and had made a number of good suggestions so that I can avoid foot problems in the future. I recommend his office.

Dr. Brooks is an amazing doctor after four years of right foot pain and swelling pain he discovered I had a torn tendon and a neuroma that three other podiatrist missed. This doctor is very thorough especially with complicated cases like mine. I really appreciate him and his wonderful staff.
