Dr. Burzell, is an awesome doctor, he listens and really cares.

The practice itself is great! For me it was my first time going to a real doctor with my own insurance and their billing department is the worst. Either they still use archaic technology (mainframes, 1970s ERP systems, sage 100, idk man it's crap) or they just aren't up with the times...Don't use third party medical payment websites despite their superiority, this financial division doesn't know how to reconcile payments associated with patient names. I would also avoid paying through your insurance provider's portal. Basically, either pay in person or pay your bills via mail and call them to confirm the transaction. The good though, is that Dr Burzell is awesome. Super nice, he listens to his patient's concerns, and he also teaches you the "why" and next steps. I went to urgent care for 6 years and nobody told me I had a deviated septum. This guy finds it the first 5 minutes of my visit. Who knew family medicine doctors were better than RN's. I spent probably 30 minutes waiting in total both times I visited. I would visit more often but I switched to Kaiser because I live a lot closer. If I kept visiting Dr Burzell I would have given graybill medical group 4 stars but the billing team, accountants, and collections teams need to do 3 way match checking instead if 2 way, otherwise they'll keep getting low reviews.

This doctor is directly responsible for the downfall of my mental and physical health. He gaslit me into thinking one of my medications was harming my heart and was pushing adderall on me like crazy. Truly, way too enthusiastic about it. Two months after he took me off my medication, I tried to kill myself, likely because he stopped it cold turkey after four years of being treated successfully and safely. He is extremely uneducated and should not be treating complex patients.

I would like to say the Dr. Bruzell is awesome,intelligent , on top of his profession. And has a awesome and funny personality .I love going to him and his staff is efficient and awesome especially Amanda and Carlos

dr. burzell has been our family doctor and our defacto pediatrician for a few years. i 100% vouch for him as a physician and as a person. he cares tremendously for his patients. his staff, including Carlos, are equally as good of people. i always felt very welcome and comforted by their approach. our health insurance changed and i did everything i could to keep burzell as our doctor, but to no avail. hopefully, one day, graybill will accept more insurance plans as my disappointment for having to make a physician change for our toddler daughter, my wife and myself is profound. 5 stars linden, carlos, and everybody else.

Dr Burzell explains things well and is well connected with resources . He is caring and patient.

Dr. B is always exceptional. I appreciate his bedside manner and his willingness to always help me.

My wife and I have had Dr. Burzell as our Primary Care Physician for several years now. We REALLY love him and his staff. They are very thorough, efficient and have great attitudes! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP.

Made appointment yesterday, got it for today having problem with my right ear and thinking I had not removed a rubber ear bud or use of bluetooth earbud had caused be to become deaf. Big error. It was wax buildup in my right and had both cleaned out and next time I will know how to do it myself assuming its not an earbud or bluetooth causing problem. Thanks Dr. Burzell and thanks to your assistant. I can hear again and I like using my bluetooth earbud.
