This has nothing to do with the doctor, was referred to her by my primary doctor. Called and the woman who answered question me on my symptoms? And diagnosed me on the spot? She included herself as the medical doctor and wanted to send me back to my primary doctor? Perhaps the doctor needs to check her employees practicing medicine with no license?
Excellent Doctor with great bedside manners. She is caring and very kind. She performed a very delicate surgery on my brother. He is able to breathe much better now, and his sleep is less interrupted. God Bless Her. Aris Ghazarian
Dr. Carroll is very conscientious and knowledgeable. She really listens and takes the time to explain everything. I know that I am in good hands with her as my doctor. I have seen her off and on for the past few years and feel that I am fortunate to have her as my ENT professional.
I was not happy with their punctuality. I waited over half an hour in the waiting room and almost 25 minutes in the exam room. When I was waiting in the waiting room, I asked the staff how much longer I should I wait, and they said oh we do have empty exam room to take you in. I ended up paying $5.50 for parking, but I only saw the Dr. for five to seven minutes. I hope they improve their wait times, so patients do not waste their valuable time and parking money in their waiting room.
Dr. Carroll is knowledgeable, but not worth waiting, paying for unvalidated parking (which costs more the longer they make you wait), & dealing with the disorganized office staff. My 1st visit, I waited 75 min in the waiting room & another 25 in the exam room. On my follow-up visit, I only waited 15 min in the waiting room for one of the first appointments of the day, but spent over 30 waiting in the exam room. I had to call the office 3 separate times to get my test results from the doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
