It was okay. Not crowded, clean but not very friendly my client was feeling sick. Didn't really listen to her.

Dr Brody, Nurse Practitioner is fantastic. She takes as much time as you need to discuss your issues. She is well versed with your chart and picks up were you left off the last time she saw you. She is very knowledgeable, and it's like seeing not only a fantastic Doctor but a friend!

Rude person working the phone, simply tried to make an appointment but was made annoyingly difficult by this person with an attitude. What should've been a simple 2 min phone call turned into a 10 min one.

I have tried a few times to see my regular doctor, and was unable to get an appointment with her over the course of several months. I had blood work done that resulted in a potentially scary situation, no one from the office called or messaged me. Two months later I received a phone call from the oncology department saying they have a referral from my doctor, I had no idea what was going on. I  was scared to death. I called the office looking for answers, and of course nobody would or could tell me anything. I would think most people would want to hear this kind of information from a real person, that could answer questions or at least explain why your being referred. I tried to contact someone at the medical center to discuss my concerns, and I was told there is no one that handles customer service issues. If they really care about their patients, I suggest they try a lot harder!

so my experience was not great. I went there one day to find out they are closed between 1pm-3pm after 3 I called several times but got no answer. the next day the same thing happened except I booked an appointment for 3 and they didn't see me till 4. the appointment took less then 5 min before they had me out the door. Im supposed to go back in for a check up but I don't want to have to go through an 1-2 hours of waiting for something that could take just a few min.

This clinic is so convenient and efficient! Great PAs, NPs, lab techs, and Physicians too.

My family and I have been going here for a few years now. Everyone I have encountered here have been pleasant and helpful. Our primary care physician, Dr. Tran has been wonderful for annual check ups and wellness care. However, getting appointments with her for other things maybe difficult since she  is usually booked. The PA's that we get when she is not available have been great too. Overall I am satisfied with this clinic. When we switched insurance, I asked my husband to make sure we could remain with Scripps. Being able to to send messages, access test results, pay bills and book appointments online is nice.

The Lab and X-ray departments are great here!...So fast, courteous, and friendly!   I will continue to use this Scripps Oceanside location as my permanent lab/x-ray source.
