This place sucks. I got sent here by my employer for workplace injury and faxed them the authority. I had to fill a COVID form twice (once to enter and then again for their list of forms.) I handed them the paperwork and was told to go sit in my car and wait to be called. After an hour, they call me, claim to never have received authorization, and, due to closing in 40 minutes, sent me on my way to another facility or come back tomorrow. I gave them 1 star, but, in all reality, it's 0.

What a waste of time. I came in and just left with the feeling that all they did was invalidate my pain. I had an injury at work and the “doctor” who wasn’t even a doctor (was a practitioner)just gave me dirty looks as if I were just making things up. I felt uncared for, hope I don’t have to deal with Concentra ever again. What an awful way to treat someone.

I got a job, before entering the work I must have TB,drug test and physical check. I got the drug test done and physical check done. But I am not sure i got TB done or I must create an appointment. The line is kinda long but I waited patiently. I talked to the doc about TB I dont understand what he saying due to speaking super fast, and I get space-out easily. The easier way is to notified on text or email.

Nice facility, but the wait times and the front desk staff are abhorrent. Don’t bother trying to call, and have your physical insurance card with you since the front desk staff will refuse to check you in without it. Yes, they’ll even refuse you if you have all your information on a screenshot on the phone. Something about their system or staff requires a physical insurance card with the patient.

This place is perfect for the spread of Covid😠 Waiting area is packed with people, no sense of urgency from staff. Computers are often down for appointments. Please call before you arrive. Good luck

I went in for a drug screening for a new job. I wasn’t sure if I needed an appointment or walk ins were allowed so I decided to call. No one answered. After 5 attempts I drove down and talked to the receptionist which was nice. They quoted me 2 hour wait time! That’s a little excessive but I needed to do it so I stayed. It took like 40 mins total so that was good. The 3 star review is mainly because no one answered the phone and it seems like other people there tried calling too with no success. Also they require masks when you walk in(expected) but I noticed a gentleman with a blazer that worked there had it on and off throughout my visit so that was upsetting because I didn’t have one so I had to go buy one.

I'm not satisfied with the services I received at Concentra Oceanside location. I only went here because my WC insurance sent me here. I attend all the appointments I am scheduled. I get to the Concentra office in Oceanside and each time they make me wait a long time to get seen and/or they question me on why I am there. They never want to see me, no matter the reason for my appointment, because one of the WC doctors released from care and am turned away. I was scheduled for my pre op on 9/14/21 and was not seen. I went again to my pre op on 9/24/21 at 7:00 am. They sent me to the waiting room where I remained until after 11:00 am. I was given a hard time and told again the PA or no one there wanted to do the pre op because I had been released from care. I was only there because the ortho referred me there to do the pre op prior to my surgery. Their staff was very rude and didn't want to help me or would not return the calls made by my WC Nurse or my job. It was only after several calls that I was seen (four hours after my original appointment time).

This place is the worst.  Don't ever come here for your DOT.  Office manager doesn't care about her job what so ever and has no care for the patients.  This is the Oceanside branch.  She was extremely rude and will never be dealing with this place ever again. Don't be screwed over.
