The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The nurses were also very caring and professional. However, DR THOMAS BELLOMO was absolutely awful. He did not provide good information or act like he even wanted to be there. His bedside manner was rough and uncaring, leaving me shocked, concerned and in awe at how unprofessional he was. We asked to see the other doctor on staff and DR BELLOMO arrived back in our room with a totally different diagnosis which was not only extremely bizarre but left my wife and I wondering how he was allowed to be practicing medicine. The first diagnosis was no medication and just self care. When he returned he was ready to pump steroids into our son. Needless to say, we are traumatized by this experience. This compared to the La Jolla Rady’s was vastly different and utterly shocking.

Always excellent service! My children are treated as if they were at their primary care provider; the doctors care!

Avoid unless you want to be charged for a hospitalization. They bill as a hospital and NOT as urgent care. Way to take advantage of desperate parents. Nurses and docs are great here, despite the scam that the company charges you for hospital services.

So disappointed in the treatment I got. I took my daughter in yesterday and had lab work done. I was told if there is a positive result I will be notified by a provider and was told to create MyChart go view results online. Long story short I received a notification with a positive result and was worried like any parent would be. I called the urgent care multiple times to speak with a provider in regards to the results and get some advice but the receptionist was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She told me that the doctors are busy and can’t call me. I told her I was very worried about my daughter and had few questions but again she rudely said she will tell the doctor to call me but can’t guarantee a call. I didn’t get call back after waiting the whole day. I will never come here again!!!

I have been here a few times with my children thru out the years my most recent visit with my 7mnth old was for bronchitis & vivid check! Staff where amazing and made my crying baby feel safe.. Thank you so much!!

We brought our child here because she stuck a bead in her ear. They extracted it, by a doctor in-network, covered by insurance, great job. Thank you. But then later we got billed $430 out-of-pocket for a non-network "clinical social worker" in the process. We recall no such interaction with a social worker, nor did we authorize one. We consider this a fraudulent charge. Beware Rady Children's Urgent Care and scam charges. Refund our $430.

You call yourself an urgent care when for 5 days of the week, you’re not open from 8M to 4PM???????

The staff here are great. HOWEVER- they will charge you $125 "HOSPITAL FEE" on top off multiple other charges for being seen. I took my 5 yr old in and was given some children's Tylenol and and an ice pack. They charged my insurance over $1000, and I had to pay $125 for being at "hospital". There is no hospital at this site, and we were given no professional services.
