Staff was always pleasant and more than willing to answer questions. I went for about 6 months before my back surgery and about 7 months after. Feeling great!

SpineZone Physical Therapy at Oceanside has been a life saver. My condition when I arrived was quite severe. From my initial evaluation to the monitoring state has been most successful and informative. Melissa always listened to my concerns, she refocused exercises as needed. The days when other therapists were assigned to my session, they were most helpful and genuinely concerned for my well-being. I have progressed to a point of almost 100% relief from pain. SpineZone Physical Therapy-Oceanside is a God-send. The team taught me so much about my condition, and recommended exercises for my to continue on my own schedule. I can't thank the staff at Oceanside enough, they are life-changing agents for clients who suffer with pain. Had a great experience at Spine Zone. Definitely left there feeling better  than I went in. I was given a good exercises plan to help maintain my back at home.

Spinezone in Oceanside saved me. With terrible back pain for the first time in my life I could barely function. I was referred by my Dr and I began PT. ( I started the online program as I could not get an appointment for a week or so) Their program is planned for your needs and diagnosis. It was magic how I began to feel so much better. From the great lady at the front desk to each of the physical therapists they were great!! Jessie did a through evaluation and John and Rainer worked so hard with me. They were always kind, fun and gave great attention to my pain level and if I was improving or not. They made many adjustments to the program to suit it to my needs. Thank you all!!! The online prompts were very helpful and the book they gave me had lots of good information. I am now on the maintenance program for strength training and back to nearly normal. Spine Zone has been very supportive of my on-going exercise program to build and maintain strength in my legs and back bothered by scoliosis.

I came to Spine Zone with an inflammed tendon in my glute.  They helped me to build back my core strength as the tendon healed, and gave me lots of helpful exercises for various aches and pains.  This was the best physical therapy experience I've ever had.  Jesse and John were the best!

I came to this place with very low balance, very weak muscles, and poor posture. Jessie among others working there helped me safely regain my strength, balance, and fix my posture. Jessie is very knowledgeable to help guide you with your at home work outs as well. I find it best to run by any online suggestions to him, such as TikTok or Instagram. I have regained confidence in myself by being able to maneuver myself through everyday life. So grateful that Spinezone is around.

When I came to Spine Zone, I was is very bad shape due to a neck injury.The staff at Spine Zone had so much patience with me and slowly helped meregain movement in my neck. It was a long journey but they were right there with me. They listened to all my concerns and always answered my questions, I felt really cared for by my therapists. They are true professionals and I greatly appreciate everything that they did for me. A special thanks toJessie for always being there for me.

I started with a lot of back pain and inability to sleep. After my 20 sessions, my pain is greatly reduced and sleep has returned. I am now on a maintenance program and things continue to go well.
