They truly know what to do at every step and keep me healing, they are experts. They stop problems before they start if you go enough. Having these massages is vital to your recovery and you wanna make sure you have a good team of people doing them. They are lovely ladies and are pros at what they do. Most of the masseuses at the surgery centers do not do enough, they use very light touch. These ladies get in there and stop fibroids from forming completely if you see them right away.

I did a lymphatic drainage massage with Natalie and it was fantastic. I loved that she explained everything to me. Not just about what she was doing but also about what she saw in my body and what I could do to help with fluid at home! I felt empowered and left feeling refreshed. Jamie and Natalie are awesome! I came in for the butt lift and let me tell you my butt is definitely lifted!! I am beyond over the moon at the results. I also had a few lymphatic drainage massages with them which definitely helped me as I've been going through inflammation issues. I finally feel like I look good in yoga pants and a bikini again! Natalie and Jamie are the best team duo!!! I have gut/digestive issues and I get monthly lymphatic drainage massage from Natalie. The relief I feel afterwards and the noticeable difference is amazing. I will be trying different services in the near future. But I highly recommend Waisted Bar! Great pricing and they are in North County! No need to drive to San Diego!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Natalie. She was able to see me 1 day earlier for a mobile session and also in the salon a few days later to help alleviate my swelling and discomfort. She is very professional, calm, knowledgable and the lymphatic drainage massage felt great. I highly recommend Natalie to anyone needing this service post surgery.

10/10 definitely recommend for post op massages! No pain, feels better right after. It’s super cute in there. They make you feel comfortable. They don’t leave you oily right after like others, they clean you up, which I loved! Also they check up on you the following days to make sure you’re doing okay or have any questions. Also they are nurses, which is a plus!

I came in for a lymphatic massage and had a great experience. These women are LVN's and made a career change to open their own business. They are TOP NOTCH. Their experience and knowledge made me feel at ease because I honestly just did a google search while I was visiting town for a lymphatic massage. Bonus, this felt like a great massage and they worked you with a red light on you - love that. If I lived here I would come see these women regularly. Can't wait to come back.
