For the third straight visit Ive had to call in because they havent called my prescription in to the correct Pharmacy. When I called in for one of my referrals it wasnt even done so was just submitted do the insurance company today. This place is a joke.

Been waiting for a referral to see an orthopedic for weeks now. Took 2 weeks for them to look at my xrays for my foot. In the mean time just limping around. Pretty sure my foot is going to be messed up forever. Dont go here

We a good Dr in the beginning. My dad is a patient of Dr kind for over 3 years and it has went down hill. Some of his staff is good but the lady at the front desk is horrible. She keeps getting every wrong on my dads referrals. My dad was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease over 3 years ago and the Dr is just now standing him to see a specialist. Im looking for a new Dr for my dad.

Very unhappy with the service and the Dr takes his sweet time to give you results I had to call many times and finally after driving my self to his office to get the results almost had to get in a verbal argument with the staff to get my results they dont care about their patients. This Dr and his staff are not capable of reading out any results it took them almost a year to read out my results I had to go and get in a verbal argument to get them and the Dr did not care. Their staff real rude like the Dr.

Too bad you can not leave a lower rating. Mad an appointment ~20 days prior to my date and they waited to check my insurance eligibility on the day of my appointment and found out that my insurance provider didnt get it straight even though I warned them when I called to make the appointment. Incompetence at its best for the front office. Never stepping foot again.
