my mom goes to this office and honestly i dont understand how they are still in business . when ever my mom needs a referral or authorization it seems like you have to call them for the next few weeks just so they can submit it. and when you call it takes them at least 25 mins for someone to even ask what you need and if they arent who you need prepare to wait another 20 mins. the office people seem to always be in the worst mood and i dont understand why they are still there if they are so unhappy. they are beyond rude and not willing to help anyone. wouldnt recommend this place i have asked my mom over and over again to change drs but she is older and doesnt want to do all that change. but hope this helps anyone who is thinking of switching to this place.
Great doctor. Always seems to have my health in mind.
Ive been going to Dr Ho for a long time. He is very experienced responsive and straightforward and tells you exactly how it is. No exaggeration and no sugarcoating anything. For so many years his diagnosis have always been spot on and trust me I have come across many cases of misdiagnosis in the past that can lead to delayed treatments and some time horrible consequences.
Worse doctors office. Rude staff and not helpful at all. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else They take days to answer and when they do your on hold for over 15 minutes.
He is a very good doctor
Dr. Ho is on top of all my referrals labs and overall health concerns or inquires. Hes been a pleasure to partner with on getting my records up to date and facing some recent challenges always reassuring me not to worry and just being a good doctor and I love his staff. One day I was very stressed and snapped at his receptionist and she remained professional calm and respectful. I will never forget that.
This man has to be the worst DR Ive ever encountered in my 49yrs. Without even telling me a diagnoses he prescribed me 8 pills a day. And it wasnt till I asked him what they were for he said oh you have diabetes you didnt know. Not to mention is super rude over the phone like he doesnt have time to be bothered. I recommend you run far away from his office as quick as possible. GRADE F+
I just read a current review that I couldnt believe. Dr Ho has taken care of my husband and I for over 20 years now. Were both in great health. Hes a caring and very smart Dr. I dont know the patient circumstances but his review is not the Dr Ho I know. He hasnt been in practice for 51 years with thousands of patients because hes the worst Dr in history. Dont believe everything you read.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
