I would like to thank the staff for taking care of my grandmother . The staff are great, caring and wonderful in the care they provide. The staff not only take great care of my grandmother, but they’re always checking on our family to make sure that our needs are met or if we have any questions during all our room visits. My family and I would like wish the health care team a happy health month thank you for all of your dedication and hard work!!! Also thank you very much to the patient nurse mrs Sabrina

I love my night shift staff! They are caring, very supportive and always there to take care of my needs. A very pleasant hospital to stay and heal.The days here go quickly because of the great staff. A couple of my favorite staff are. Veronica from rehab, Roweina from wound care, and Sabrina from patient relations Nurse. They are very caring and nice. Also cna Megan she is very caring and helpful and she loves her job. Thank you to Dr. Chase for your support and guidance. Also would like to thank Alvin cna on the night shift, he's one of the best male CNA'S. Thank you Kindred for helping me get better.

My Stepdad almost died at this facility because of Kindred and their negligence. We saw the horrific care he was receiving and we requested that he be transferred back to San Antonio Hospital. They would not discharge him. We took him out of this terrible facility and literally had to transport him ourselves because AMR would not transport him because he was not legally discharged. Once we arrived at San Antonio Hospital, he received the appropriate care. His surgeon said thank goodness you took him out of Kindred Care, he was severely dehydrated and basically starving to death. His infection returned while in Kindred Care because he was not receiving the antibiotics he should have been given while under their care. Do not send your loved ones to any of their facilities!!! You will regret it like we do!!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! This abyss of a place or so called "hospital" is disgusting! Everyone of there staff members are cold and heartless. My grandfather spent 5 days in this freezer box of a room with no gown, no antibiotics, no doctors or nurses to come and check up on him unless my grandmother or I said something every few hours, we were doing their jobs for them! As of 5/7/22 we tried to discharge him and the staff called the doctor via phone and the doctor denied the request!! We ended up getting him out and took him to San Antonio Hospital where they told us that Kindred had made him VERY Dehydrated and we're STARVING him. Kindred Staff let him sit in his own feces all night for the 4 nights he was there. It is very shameful that these so called "doctors" "nurses" have a title like this.  -L Valdez

Staff are excellent 👌 my moms phone just disappeared it somehow made its way onto the dinner tray???? But the top notch staff and nurse helped me track it down back into my mother's hands thanks for taking care of my mom she means the world to me!!!!😁😘

I have had excellent service while I'm have been at Kindred Hospital Ontario. Sabrina Patient Relations nurse has been excellent and takes care of my care issues in a timely manner and goes above and beyond the scope of her job she would normally entail. Andrew Registered dietitian has been excellent and provides the food I request on my meals. The nurses have been spectacular on unit 2.Thank you again John.

I have been here four days and I have already started to stand and walk with the help of a walker I would like to thank the nurses and opt and pt for all their help in getting better

This facility has great staff kind and understanding .My mother was recently admitted to room 507 icu couldn't say nothing bad the staff helping her are awesome.Edna Cervantes msw case manager and case workes .Thank you for all your help.

I have been in this hospital since January I was released on February, dr justin fu signed for my edd paper work, at this point the edd office sent another form for dr fu to sign, he refused to finish his job I'll really not recommend this hospital for anything, since they're no fallow through I can several times to the social worker, at this point I haven't recieved and call back.
