I am giving them a 5 star review and the reason is my mother came to visit for 3 weeks and was being treated at the Ontario Dialysis Center. My mother always came home to me happy with the service and treatment she received there. Her only suggestion for the Ontario Dialysis Center is to upgrade the chairs they sit in during their dialysis session. When she comes back to visit me she's definitely looking forward to being treated again at the Ontario Dialysis Center. Thank You to the entire staff for being patient and kind to my mother.

i left arrowhead dialysis center after 2 years a 5 star location great service nice people but 1 security office who liked to bully me i reported him time after time again it was so bad my blood pressure was 205 i went to er i could not talk my head was in so much pain i call my ex code 55 man down she come lick the feds and brought me home...for more info follow me at dialysiswithjulian.com a nonprofit group so this center is nice meet with juan 2 3 maybe 4 meet john great people but my dry weight is 70 kilos i came in at 68 kilos this 1 week that i have not gone to dialysis i have been peeing 4 to 7 00 and i poop no even on the oxy tell george i use freedom transport and i don't drive on the freeway any hoo i will never go there again they put me on at 62 i would have passed away thank you john for stopping and resetting the dialysis machine i will never in my life go there or to any center again thank you security officer iehp has been paying alot of money to keep me alive a month to any center i will call iehp on monday ...... thanks. john i o u big julian tion 909 7082996

For transportation not a client I see that their chairs dont even fit their scale they dont have a side that opens for easy transfers for gurneys. I've seen many people come out still bleeding even with half the room empty I think they need more staffing and possibly check their procedures adding more time holding before they let the patient leave.

I went to go pick up someone and the lady with really long hair didn't have a mask on, and she asked me to cover up my nose with my mask, when she didn't even have one on! I asked her, "Where's your mask?" And she told me to wait outside! Wow, really! Unsafe environment! Very unprofessional! I wouldn't want her to help anyone out from my family!
