Doctors and PAs are great. However, the staff is very unprofessional and unorganized they single handedly ruin the experience for any patient. Will not be returning.

Long wait times, go somewhere else. Still waiting on a “doctor” or nurse practitioner, 2 hours later…

Doctor Lin,Hsin-Ying was so rude and unprofessional I waited 2 hours just for her to walk in with a sticky note telling me I need to be referred to another doctor she didn't even do a check up on any of my symptoms until I kept mentioning them to her. She was dismissing when I would mention any concerns of mine. She talked over me and I honestly couldn't even understand her. She then walked out of the room and came back with a doctors note that I needed for work but Came back with an attitude she handed me the note and said "THERE" and walked out - she never came back she didn't even say anything else and I waited 15 minutes in that room thinking theres no way that was it and that's not a way to dismiss your patients. i Hope she gets the proper training and schooling that she needs to become a good doctor I ask the ladies in that office to not schedule any of my appointments with her I hope others see this so they can plan to see any other doctor BUT her.

Terrible service! If you do not have a passion and healthcare or serving people you need to quit your job

Update Nothing was done to remedy the situation. They still haven't sent over the second part of my prescription. I spoke to the office "manager" and she said there was nothing she can do. She said she would call pharmacy since they supposedly sent out my prescription the day i had my visit, that's a lie she didn't. She said my full prescription was sent over, that's a lie. They lie, gaslight and take their patients health as aJoke. Even when I was explaining to the receptionist my frustrations she just laughed at me. Another update. Spoke to office manager and she swore that my prescription was filled on the 20th. Went in to pharmacy and they SHOWED me on their system, that the doctor filled the prescription on the20th but didn't send it until today the 29TH! This facility will withhold your prescriptions, put your life in danger, cause you to pay ER fees, cause you to loose out on work and do nothing about putting your life in danger and will not hold anyone accountable. 9 days of suffering and no accountability.

Don't waste your time!! This is an updated review! I've tried calling the office manager 3 times all my calls get hung up on worse clinic ever!!! They never remember anything you have to literally remind them why you have a follow up appointment and who prescribe meds and wait 2 months to see if they work I thought blood pressure was a week I'm confused

They were nice to me but unreliable with sending over prescriptions that could be life or death without. I went in for asthma, they didn't  offer any form of breathing treatment and have failed to send my prescription over and have closed for the day. So now I have to go to the ER because they didn't send my prescription for my inhaler. I'm suffocating and they carelessly didn't send over the only thing allowing me to breath. I called 3 times and they kept promising to get to it. But nothing. I would think they would send out all prescriptions out before closing for the day. But nope, they neglect the health and potentially life of their patients.

Terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled, confirmation, and everything and I get to the place and no one was there. Called the number listed and I was hung up on twice after explaining my situation. Rude and incompetent with no regard for anyone else’s time.
