We had Orchard Medical assigned by our medical insurance. The office is clean, but the reception and service are quite under par. My wife and I were in a car accident and my wife broke her hand. The ER did not issue pain killers, told us to see primary care. The receptionist told us it would be until Thursday before they could see us. We called five more times to say we needed help before the receptionist magically had an appointment at 9:30 Tuesday morning. So my wife had to suffer an extra day because they couldn’t meet and urgent need. Even worse, upon our arrival, the receptionists whispered one to the other, rather rudely, “Oh that’s the girl that wouldn’t stop calling yesterday.” as they opened the window thinking we couldn’t hear them and then stated, “We will be with you when we can.” and proceeded to chit chat between themselves and a third staff member. I’d expect this at a larger hospital, but this place needs to step up when someone needs urgent attention.

I read some of the reviews before going to the medical center. So I wasn’t sure what to expect. Not that it matters but I am a 41-year-old white male. I’ve only gone to Fresno hospitals in the past I have recently moved to the area. I was very impressed with everybody in the facility they were very helpful very kind and compassionate. The day I was there they gave every patient care and time I would recommend this facility to everyone I know
