This review is written on behalf of my mother who is the patient and I went with her to her first "appointment". The staff for this doctors office is the WORST we have ever experienced. They will waste your time and schedule you, but when you show up the day of your appointment they will not have your information in the system nor will they have your insurance verified. All I can say is Alba should be fired. She is known by the staff at the pain management center for dropping the ball with multiple patients. Seriously Dr. Shabanie shame on you for keeping an employee like Alba who is pure incompetence. When patients are in pain and make special plans for their appt, then arrive to be turned a way, this causes serious repercussions for the patient. All I can say is avoid this doctors office.

Dr Shabanie is caring and communicative. I had no pain from the spinal epidural injection. I definitely got pain relief. As Dr Shebanie advised, it may work or not, for an unknown time period. However---so far, I am excited that there's relief from the constant pain😀😀🤞.

He told exactly what would happen, how it would feel and he was right on. Of the possible 3 treatments needed I have only needed one treatment for my back pain.
