All of the doctors and staff are excellent. They are very caring, professional. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Been with them for over 3 years, no complaints.....

Got to my appointment and was told my appointment has been canceled because they called a wrong number to confirm and because that wasn't my number and I didn't respond to the message I never received they canceled me. In order to establish care with Dr. Zand the wait is 4-7 months. So Janice the PA saw me and told me my lungs are clear and there is nothing wrong with me and just because I'm coughing nonstop she gave me an inhaler! My condition got worse by the next morning and this time I decided to go Urgent Care on Chapman in Orange and was examined by Dr. Kwan and was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinusitis, he put me on prednisone and antibiotics, he was so good and so caring, just too bad he doesn't have his own practice!

I am patient of Dr Bardia Sadr for over a year. He is a great doctor. Very professional and caring. He takes time to answer all my questions and explain throughly. Very knowledgeable and incredible guy. 10 out 10!!

Zero star rating. Expect to wait 1.5 - 2 hours AFTER your appointment time to be seen, and be treated as if your time has no value.

My husband and I have been with Zand Medical Partners for two years now and have been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency in using our HMO insurance. With this type of insurance there is the added layer of a gatekeeper, ie our primary doc. Thankfully this approach is facilitated and made easy by the most effective front office. The front office is run effectively and they are quick to respond to our needs for referrals as well as any testing required. I love Lindsey in the front office. Her professionalism and caring attitude makes life so easy for us. We consider Zand Medical as partners in and for our health and well being. When we do visit the office they are on time and very efficient. Our annual exams always start with us getting our bloodwork done prior to our visit so we can explore the results together. Additionally the front office excels in relaying test results in a timely manner. I seriously cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to have such caring, kind and compassionate health care providers. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Zand is simply the best! Every time I’ve been sick, He’s been there with care, professionalism, and kindness. He listens and care, I’m already feeling much better thanks to you. I truly appreciate having a doctor who is so reliable and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Zand!

LOVE, Dr Zand and the providers, office staff are unprofessional, rude and need an inservice on civilty.

My Mother, daughter and I have been Seeing Dr Zand for many years now. ( my Mom has recently passed). The Dr’s and staff are great and yes the wait times can be long, but remember if you have an issue that needs attention now you will get it. So he might take longer with you than he normally needs to, so please be patient as it could be you that needs that extra attention some day.

I have been going to this office for many years. My doctor is Dr. Safavi and she is great. As well as Courtney, the nurse practitioner. However, over the years, the wait time in the lobby and over the phone has greatly increased. Expect to wait between 30-60 minutes before being called into the exam room. Then you might wait in the exam room another 20-30 minutes for the doctor. Basically, set aside at least two hours for an appointment. Same thing when you call. You can be on hold for 10+ minutes and sometimes you just stay on hold. That being said, the office staff is very nice. Hopefully, management will read these comments and improve things.
