I have only been to this office a couple of times. Every time I have been there I have been greeted and assisted right away. The wait time for the doctor is a little long. But that did not seem to bother me to much. They were kind attentive and very good with kids. Yes I will go back..

El día de hoy estuve en la clínica para agarrar una orden para el laboratorio esa orden no tenía nada que ver con COVID todo estaba muy bien la señorita que me atendió muy amable y todo muy bien busco mi orden y la única orden que encontró fue una orden para prueba de COVID que hice hace un mes y a al cual nunca me llamaron para que fuera a al clínica para hacernos la prueba mi hijo y yo cuando la señorita vio que solo tenía la orden para COVID me dijo que saliera de la clínica y que no regresara hasta que la orden que estaba esperando estuviera lista que ellas me hablarían me sentí humillada yo entiendo y comprendo que ella estaba cumpliendo con su trabajo hay mejor forma de pedir que saliera y aun mas que había gente en la clínica no se si no vio la fecha en la que hable para pedir una prueba de COVID el jueves pasado tuvo cita mi hijo con la pediatra por teléfono me dijo que pasara por la orden a la clínica y paso todo esto.Desgraciadamente no vi el nombre de la señorita la cual para mi le falta ética profesional.Alarmed si la cita de mi hijo hubiera sido en persona igual me iban a pedir que saliera de la clínica con el antes de informarse bien?

They were not helpful at all I went to the clinic twice and I couldn’t seen by anyone of their doctors ، first time I went 10 minutes before my appointment and they didn’t take because I should be there 30 minutes before the appointment then it took them more than 30 minutes to check with the doctor and tell me the doctor going to give you a call to check you by phone but he didn’t So I made another appointment and when I went there again they said we apologize we can’t take you today the doctor had an emergency and we don’t have another doctors also as they enter my information wrongly to the system they couldn’t reach me before I step in to the clinic It was really a bad experience.

Me mandaron a hacer un examen de sangre aquí en la clínica de Altamed en Orange Pedí mi día en el trabajo para para ello Y resulta que solo me dicen no señora creo que aquí no los hacemos Esta Clinica y su personal no saben los servicios que ofrecen al paciente No es la primera vez ya e tenido varios tipos de inconformidad por eso deje de ir por mucho tiempo Creí que habían mejorado pero creó que van de mal en peor

Great service Personell very friendly cant remember a time someone at a Clinic Setting was very friendly and took the time to listen..Everyone from Reception to Drs assistant and Doctor.
