Altamed Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

Not saying this a bad  for medical needs but the appointment system is trash. I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. No consideration for the patients time whatsoever. Just unacceptable. All I got was a "sorry". when I complained, all they said  is they were busy. Don't over schedule  if you can't keep appointments to within  15 minutes of the scheduled time .

I have attended this location on multiple occasions and have always received fast service. The front office is cheerful and welcoming. I had my appointments with Dr. Zahed and was happy with the fact that he is direct and addressed my concerns in a respectful yet informative manner. My prescriptions have always been ready at my local pharmacy prior to me leaving the clinic, which demonstrates the doctors and staff are on top of their game. My appointments have not taken a lot of my time yet all of my questions and concerns get answered. This seems like a small family clinic where the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate patients.

My wife had an appointment today and FATA$$ security decided be rude to her and on top of that the dr she saw was very unprofessional he tried judging her and blaming her for certain things LET ME GIVE YOU A TIP HIRE A NEW SECURITY AND DOCTOR

I love the staff and doctors at this location. I've seen alot of customers come and go with an attitude but that's what happens when people go to a doctor and don't know what going on with themselves, they're nervouse. Anyway,.. Dr. Zahed saved my life. He keeps me alive! I have major problems and no money. Who am I to complain? The staff and nurses and Doctors are here because they care. They can make better money other places so chill out cuz they are here to help and will!. Dr. Zahed will listen to you and your concerns and give you a reasonable answer and resolution. I also have to give props to Jason Yank, he was there to resolve all my issues when I couldn't be there, he's awesome. Please remember, the stress this staff has to go through to keep so many people at ease. Easier said than done. The desk staff is awesome too! They have so much to handle! Get 9ver yourself and give them a break. We are all human. Let this office work with you and you will be healthier and happier! Dr.Zahed and Jason and staff,... The best service ever I definitely recommend this medical clinic doctor was very great and very caring as was the whole staff

I called to make an appointment to see the doctor.I've been on hold for an hour and a half.the operator answered but she quickly hung up before I could finish.

I have only been to this office a couple of times. Every time I have been there I have been greeted and assisted right away. The wait time for the doctor is a little long. But, that did not seem to bother me to much. They were kind, attentive and very good with kids. Yes! I will go back..

Me mandaron a hacer un examen de sangre aquí en la clínica de Altamed en Orange! Pedí mi día en el trabajo para para ello ! Y resulta que solo me dicen no señora creo que aquí no los hacemos!!! Esta Clinica y su personal no saben los servicios que ofrecen al paciente! No es la primera vez ya e tenido varios tipos de inconformidad por eso deje de ir por mucho tiempo!! Creí que habían mejorado pero creó que van de mal en peor!!!
