Dr. Chen is friendly, patient, and informative. He made my daughter feel at ease with the entire process and was way more in depth with the complete analysis of her orthodontic needs then what we had been previously told by our family dentist. Highly recommend!

My son had a unique case and Dr Chen was knowledgeable, and willing to bring in other specialties to help. Dr Chen worked with us for years, through the very long process and was amazingly helpful, patient and kind. My son has special needs as well and the staff was incredibly accommodating for him. The entire process from start to finish was made so much better by Dr Chen and staff. Would recommend to everyone to go here.

I've been taking my kids to Dr. Chen for months now and I absolute love the attention to detail he has towards my kids, their teeth and myself. He is a true professional, a people person and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend him and his clinic. Maria the front desk lady is also a delight!

Just finished with my treatment of 2 and a half years and it was quite a journey. Doctor Chen was very active along the journey and gave great advice and worked with a steady hand. I would recommend anyone who would want to go pay Dr.Chen a visit!

Assembly line as you go in, optometrist barely exams for only five minutes at most. They dilated my eye first then did eye exam. Stated it close to my glasses now. Yet I returned to my old optometrist and got a new prescription that I could definitely see an improvement.The second time I went after six months a two minute exam said I'm 20/20. I told her,no I was having problems She ignored me.When I saw the ophthalmologist the first time he was shining his light in my right eye and said "that's weird, then that's really weird. I of course said what is weird. He denied saying it and left the room.I did a follow up with a different dr same office, he would not or could not tell me. But his response was ' that's why doctors shouldn't talk" !!h

Having our daughter's braces done with Dr. Chen has been a very positive experience. He and his staff have made her feel very relaxed and comfortable, and her teeth look great!
