I have seen several doctors concerning my EOA. Dr Phan is the first doctor in this specialty to take the time to explain, in detail, what was happening in my body. His knowledge of arthritis was impressive. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the drugs I’ve taken and am about to take. I left feeling hopeful and informed. My last doctor told me two things, I’m afraid you’ll need to go home and live with it and in time your joints will fuse together and you’ll have no pain! Sadly I’ve lost precious time but finding Doctor Phan has given me new hope. The nurses and office help were also terrific! Grateful to everyone! Thank you so much! Gayle White

Been seeing this doctor for almost 5 years now, and is and improvment over my past rhuematolgist. I think he is a pretty great guy, very well informed about his practice and I LOVE his staff! Front desk and nurses are just the nicest!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL I never even saw this doctor. They gave me the run around for weeks regarding my authorization and told me they never received my referral then once they did receive it, said that I couldn't make an appointment because he wasn't in my network even though I had authorization from my insurance to see him. It took months to come to this conclusion. You don't even get to speak to anyone in his office. They have an answering service that picks up and relays messages back and forth between you and his office. Very rude. Especially since I have been in a flare for months waiting to see a specialist.

I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Phan. After years of pain and getting no where with other doctors I finally got a diagnosis after 2 visits. He understands my dislike for medicine and does not push me into taking it. We are doing a more natural route with acupuncture and physical therapy. He is awesome and I am glad I was put in his path!

Worst doctor ever, especially for rheumatology. Didn't take a family history, even though I have extensive family history & I came prepared, didn't do any standard "point" tests for fibromyalgia, didn't show any personal interest. Refuses to follow-up because I've had side effects in the past to his favorite drugs so he won't see me as a patient. I'm shocked. Am submitting a complaint with my insurance company.

A patient approaching a doctor expect medical treatment with all the knowledge and skill that the doctor possess to bring relief to his medical problem. Unfortunately the treatment of Dr Phan was a great disappointment. I wish I was never referred to him.
