Dr Nguyễn há done an excellent job for me for cataract removal. She did not recommend any unnecessary surgery for me at all. I DID NOT feel like a guinea pig whatsoever with this Dr., she is very professional, and only wants to help her patients. Every person has their own experience, I really question yours. This is for the person writing about her husband's care with Dr. Nguyen. Dr Betsey Nguyen is awesome, very friendly, NEVER rude.

I've seen Dr. Nguyen for years and always thought very highly of her and trusted her - until recently after she joined a group. She no longer spends the same amount of time with you, she seems rushed, and she doesn't like to answer questions. The last time I saw her she told me she didn't have time to answer questions because she had a lot of patients to see. I will now be looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Nguyen only interest is to perform surgery on all her patients. My husband had a mild case of glaucoma. His vision was fine till dr. Nguyen kept performing 3 different types of surgery and she damaged my husband’s retina. Now his retina is leaking. All 3 surgeries didn’t work. Every time she checked my husband’s eyes pressure she always said they were over 40 and the lowest she ever said was 35. When the retina doctor and our optometrist checked them they were 15 and 19. Now my husband’s eye pressure are 13. She told her patient that they have high eye pressure to scare them. She said to my husband that if he doesn’t have surgery he will go blind. She uses her patients as her guinea pigs. The more surgery she performs more money for her. She never have time to answer her patients concern. She has bad side manner. She is rude. Her practice in Orange looks like mills. They practice looks illegal to me. They shoveled patients in and out like animals. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DR. BETSY BAO-thu Nguyen unless you want to be blind. She is performing unnecessary surgeries for money. That’s illegal and criminal.

Dr Betsy Bao Nguyen is a miracle eye specialist many years ago I was admitted in the hospital and my eye pressure was so high I could have lost my eyesight. the chief of the eye dept said only Dr B Nguyen can manage your case and true to his words with perseverance and medical knowledge she was able to control the situation. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and she is very good at explaining what she sees and what she plans to do. My one complaint is that the schedule is always behind based on 4 midday visits. Next visit is midmorning.

Best eye doctor ever! I have chronic dry eyes and her prescriptions have given me much relief. Totally recommend her.

Have not had follow-up visit, yet. Only disappointment was the wait time. It was 2+ hours. Excellent doctor. Was worth the wait, but next time will make appointment early in the morning.

Dr Nguyen performed cataract surgery on my right eye. Cataract surgery on my left eye was performed by another doctor. Dr.Nguyen is much more knowledgeable and skilled than the other doctor and the results of the operation were much better--perfect. As a result of experiencing two operations by two different doctors and being able to constrast average medical care (the first surgery) with Dr.Nguyen's excellent care, without reservation I highly recommend Dr.Nguyen.
