The staff is so friendly, which is hard to come by. Sarah was so kind and gentle. In 6 years of getting mammograms she has been the best.

Everything handled professionally and in time manar and respect.
I would give them zero stars if I could. If you can't get your billing dept under control & actually have them communicate w/ the rest of the staff what is the point? Put me in collections but don't bother to check the file that my address was updated on my last visit. Then your Dr. Dang criticizing the patient you're performing surgery on while they're awake to hear you. She may have apologized to my relative, but that doesn't excuse her ignorance & cruelty. John West, thank goodness he retired. He couldn't even find the lump I had. I had to go to another doctor that was actually alert enough to find the lump to take care of it. So I'm glad this place is closing because they've been terrible to their patients doesn't matter what dept. they just really should've gotten their act together 10 yrs ago, they started messing up terribly. I wouldn't recommend them to a rat.

Very friendly from the moment you walk in. My technician was very friendly, kind, gentle and polite. Probably my best experience ever.
I arrived on time for appointment and had back to back x ray and mammogram today and my first appointment went smoothly and on time for 9:30 am but my mammogram appointment was a 10:00 am and I arrived about 10 minutes earlier and was called back to be told to put my clothes in a locker and would have preferred to have been told to put items in a bag instead of in locker I wasn’t aware i needed to put a code on locker too. When mammogram had come and gone I had forgotten where my clothes were locked up in and didn’t have a code at all to open the locker and when I asked for assistance it seemed like I was irritating to the medical staff because I had her Assist me with getting my clothing out of a Locker that was mistakenly pointed at and she had opened it and it didn’t have my clothing so I made the mistake of locker and I realized I was in the mistake of incorrect locker but I still apologized afterwards but really could HEB been avoided it facility just allowed women to put items in a bag and keep With them or given a key to open lock or instructions to creating a code once personal belongings are locked in locker.

I have mobility issues and they were very accommodating. They had a large gown which was nice to be fully covered while waiting. Nurses were great.
Great e patience. Fast and efficient service. The nurse took me in in 5 minutes and was super nice. She Made the experience a pleasant one.
