One of the best Doctors I had met in my life. He is best in his field, down to earth, and will make sure u are well-taken care of.

Had robotic Kidney surgery last December 7th with Doctor Norouzi. He was very detailed and compassionate in providing several visits to his office to explain my kidney cancer options and outcome. My wife and I felt very comfortable in having him provide my robotic surgery. Needless to say the surgery went very well as I was up and around the very next day. Sore yes but the mobility afterwards is so nice to have when compared to the old slice and dice of yesteryear procedures. Even though I'm going to find out in a few weeks if I'm cancer free I would still highly recommend Dr Norouzi for robotic surgery. His office staff was also very nice to talk to and work with. Only small issue was the quirky office business hours.

I just wanted to make an appointment, I called 6 times and left messages to the operator ( not a happy lady ), and nobody calls me back. The operator is very rude, if you ask any questions, her answer is “that I don’t know 😀 would you like to leave another message??😯🙄” I’m not sure do they accept new patients or not. Nether do they received my messages? I’m not happy at all.

Just called to make an appointment and the receptionist named Sarah was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was unwilling to help me make an appointment. She answered the phone as if she's answering a cell phone, not a professional office. Clearly was in a hurry to end the call and go home.

Dr Norouzi is an excellent physician and surgeon. He has operated on me twice. First in 2007 and again in 2019. He is a very nice man with an excellent bed side manner. I would recommend him without hesitation.

For years, I have been seeing an urologist for urgency. I was getting up four and five times a night; never getting a good night sleep. I was told there was nothing that could be done. The problem became worse and affected my life until I met Dr. Brian Norouzi.My experience with Dr. Norouzi was nothing less than life changing. In his first exam, he discovered what my problem. He gave me four options to resolve my issue. I opted for the procedure Urolift. Within a week, my problem was completely resolved. I felt like a new man at 70. I highly recommend Dr. Norouzi to anyone needing an urologist. His professionalism, knowledge and commitment to his patients was beyond my belief. I am truly grateful.

Dr. Norouzi is a first rate physician and surgeon. He is a very kind, understanding and humble man, as well, with an excellent bedside manner. He is extremely educated, professional, skilled and competent. Dr. Norouzi performed a very successful TURP surgery on me in April of this year, which has given me a new lease on life. I highly recommend Dr. Norouzi as a urologist.

I clearly have medical issues and have had both really good doctors and really bad ones. I don't go back to bad ones because life is too short to trust someone with your health care that you don't like. I have never had kidney issues. But now that I do I had to see a new doctor. It usually takes a few visits for a doctor to get it through his head that I have a brain. It's very frustrating sometimes becausei have a masters degree and they actually talk slower and louder as if I dont understand. This dude is amazing. He really took his time to talk to me, to help educate me on kidney stones, and he only looked to my nurse when he couldn't undersfand my speech which is completely understandable. I felt completely safe and comfortable with him being my guide on this new journey onto the wonderful world of kidney stones. Thank you for treating me with respect. Your bedside manner is impeccable. Although I'm hoping to not see you very often once I get passed this I will definitely refer you to anyone.
