List of Carl Weinert, Md's Reviews
Horrible experience at this doctors office. Rude and not helpful at all.
My 8 year old son was seen at Dr Weinerts Irvine office for his broken wrist. From the moment we walked into his office, we were greeted warmly and felt comfortable. We waited less then 15 minutes to be brought back to a room, and less then 5 minutes to be seen by Dr Weinert. No longer then 30 minutes later, my sons fractured wrist was set and placed in a cast. (the color chose by my son). Dr Weinerts staff were very professional and caring. Dr Weinert took the time to show us the before and after x-rays in addition to showing us the fracture in 2 textbooks. Both my wife and I are ER nurses and we couldn't have been more impressed.
He did surgery on my 4 year old for trigger finger the surgery went well super quick and he answered all of our questions and walked us through everything. Choc hospital was also amazing
We had a terrible visit with Dr. Weinert! He spent a total of 1 minute in the office and didnt even evaluate our daughter before he tried to send her off for an X-ray of her shoulder. Then it turns out he misdiagnosed her because we went to another doctor who took an X-ray of her arm and it ended up being a forearm hairline fracture. They are either too busy, or Dr. Weinert didnt care for his patient, or both!
Nine years ago my eight-year-old son broke his femur and Dr. Weinert did the surgery to repair it. He was kind and funny with my son, putting us all at ease. Six months later he performed the second surgery to remove the pins and gave my son some exercises to get rid of the limp he had, which worked. I love this doctor!Flash forward eight years and the same son falls 25 feet while on vacation, breaking the same femur (and lucky to be alive and walking at all!) Dr. Weinert provided us all of the aftercare once we returned to the US. Having the x-ray rooms on-site is very convenient and the techs are funny, keeping everyone relaxed. Not only did Dr. Weinert remember us from so many years earlier, he gave us the same positive, humorous approach that made my son comfortable. I highly recommend him!
My daughter fractured her wrist and Dr. Weinert was so caring, patient and thorough. Truly a wonderful doctor
Dr. Weinert treated my newborn baby's clubfeet. He did not fully correct them AND his casts weren't put on correctly and therefore causes the cast the SLIP. We had to spend A LOT of TIME and MONEY to fix the problems that his casting caused. Every time we tried to ask questions his answers were vague and unclear. He needs to retire. Never got a sorry or a call from his office when I stopped showing up for appointments and he still charged me for coming in to fix HIS casts that HE messed up.
Wouldn't recommend to treat Clubfoot patients. Join clubfoot of California page on Facebook for other parents recommended doctors.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
