Zero stars if I could. Highly advise going anywhere else you can. You’ll wait all day for absolutely nothing. It’s like they don’t consider your “emergency”. The doctor is extremely rude, I thought I just took her wrong but I noticed her coworkers roll their eyes behind her back too. They had me waiting an hour for “medication” for my son’s infection.. it was just BENADRYL. I walked out. Never again.

I was told that only 1 person could come with the patient for the last 18 months here. Today is my daughter surgery and there are a lot of kids on the 3rd floor with more than 1 person with them. There are several people here waiting for their child to come out of surgery with someone else with them. So much for caring about the spread of covid the waiting area is full of people. Choc makes special exceptions depending on race I believe. My oldest daughter last year was refused treatment because I wanted to bring her sister and I'm a single mom with no support. If I had brought anyone my daughter would've been refused treatment or the extra person told they couldn't stay. So much for equal treatment for all!

Excellent Hospital. We went to the Emergency Room and I thank God for all the Angels working so hard for all the children there. They were super busy but handled every patient with lots of care and compassion, including my son. We are receiving follow up calls regarding his care and I can't find the words to express my gratitude.

We came to CHOC at around 8:00pm October the 7th. so they take my daughter in around 12:15 am. Also they take only one parent with pations ....... That understand . But Security ppl are pathetic ...... They kick the other parent out of the building and out of the property. I just wondering why CHOC got this kind of behavior for pations? Used to be the best care provider ...... I think not any more. So sad.

The wait is so unacceptably long! I got here with my daughter at 12p.m. and it's 6:00 p.m. and they still haven't called her. It's Tuesday, September 28, 2021. I'm so disappointed, frustrated and done with this place. I asked the front desk how much longer and they just kept saying they couldn't tell me. This is unacceptable! 0 stars for Choc. What a waste of my day and my daughter is still in so much pain! We had to walk out and now go look for another place it's not fair my 6 yr old has to wait with pain! 0 stars for the front desk staff.
