Donald Levy's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Levy recently and was very impressed with his kind demeanor and great sense of humor. He listened carefully and seemed attentive to what I had to say. I have fibromyalgia and a long list of  medications as well as allergies, so I knew my case was complex and going to take some time.   He was patient though, and got to the root of why I came to see him: something was triggering a stabbing nerve pain in my ear and unbearable skin itching. Turns out, I was allergic to something I never would have expected and the allergy was setting off my overly sensitive nervous system. Once I removed the substance from my diet, it was an amazing, dramatic and immediate improvement! No more ear pain! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to have a doctor like him!

Horrible. I called to ask some questions about how I could see Dr. Levy since I suffer from severe allergies and the receptionist laughed at me when I said I have Kaiser insurance and said if I wanted to see them then to change my insurance (she even laughed at me). I'm a 20 year old who still relies on her parents. I was referred here by a good friend of my parents. Sucks they have such horrible service.

He is the worst doctor in the world!  I have allergy and saw him at his clinic. I was there about an hour, and he told me everything else about his life, his divorce etc but never addressed my allergy issues.  Before I left, he ordered blood test to check on my allergy.  Test was done and results were in a few days later and that was in August 2021.  He never called me nor had his staff called me about my test results.  When I did call inquired about the result no responds from Dr. Levy.  I called again to ask for Dr Levy to return the call, no return calls.  Eventually someone from his office called and left a message said my test is up online so I can review the test.  But Dr. Levy never called.I don't know how to read the test??? Who needs this kind of doctor in this world? He should leave the profession and go home!!!

Dr. Levy is the best! I first started seeing him 20+ years ago. I was suffering with life long allergies and asthma which had been getting significantly worse. Dr. Levy helped identify what I was actually allergic to and came up with a game plan that almost completely eliminated my symptoms. When my daughter started having issues, I knew exactly who to take her to. Dr. Levy is refreshing. He is genuinely a nice guy who takes the time to listen to his patients and discuss their concerns in a way that is easy to understand. Not only does Dr. Levy have a great sense of humor, something about his overall demeanor has a way of putting his patients at ease. His staff are always super friendly and welcoming too, so that's a huge plus. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Levy and have been extremely satisfied with the care we've received over the years.

Saw Dr. Levy today for my son and he was super funny, nice and 100% NOT an asshole (like another reviewer had mentioned). He took his time with us and our son and answered any/all questions we had. Thank you Dr. Levy!!

I saw Dr. Levy a few years back for extreme allergies to fragrances & various foods. He ended up referring me out to a "specialist" but not before telling them I was crazy which lead to that doctor telling me it was all in my head and I needed to see a behavioral psychologist.  Wasn't in my head. I was diagnosed by a female doctor at USC Keck who took the time to listen and BELIEVED what I was telling her.  And although there is no cure, I am able to have a better quality of life.  I was getting depressed because had seen so many doctors/specialists before I was finally diagnosed. I wish doctors would just say, "I don't know what's wrong with you", and leave it at that.

Dr. Levy is my favorite doctor He truly cares about each of his patients He was able to help me out during an emergency at St. Joseph’s Hospital when I had a severe allergy reaction and helped prevent me from being intubated. He knows how to treat all kinds of allergies which can be life threatening I have been a patient of his for over 20 years and I totally trust him and his staff with the care I receive for my rare allergy condition HAE

Dr. Levy has been my allergist ever since I was a little baby. I grew up going to his office Ive always felt super comfortable with him as my doctor. He has always been super attentive to my medical needs I appreciate all he has done for me growing up with severe allergies. I highly recommend everyone go to him He is amazing

Dr. Levy is great He always makes my son laugh explains things in a way that makes it easy for anyone to understand.
