I had a procedure at UCI in December. Maybe because of the pandemic there was a medical mistake made on me. The follow-up for the mistake has been horrible and additional mistakes have been made. I have lost confidence and will be going elsewhere.
The worst Hospital in the country, stay away at all costs.
Came as a visitor, accompanied the wife, spent the time in the garden with a good cup of coffee :^)

This entire operation is a corporate rip off. I was charged an outlandish fee for my ekg whereas anywhere else I paid less than half of that. And they want their money quick. They also charge for looking at a piece of paper. Unreal.
This place, Yorba Linda Infusion Center, is NOT COVID-19 compliant. No proper air ventilation. Air supply and return are shared by six adjacent stalls. Shared Coffee and snacks are placed inside other patients stalls. Six combined patients in one room separated by privacy curtains ONLY. To use the restroom, you must pass through three other patients stalls.At the doctors offices, support staff at the front desk are not trained to handle patients. They just hire the low IQ. Very irresponsible personnel. Avoid this place as much as you can. You will be better off with any other physician. That is my long term experience with UCI medical centers.
Top notch medical service was provided during my hospitalizations for shoulder surgery. Excellent patient service by nursing staff. Dr R. Gupta, ortho surgeon is THE BEST!
These people are God sent !!! They all went above and beyond all while remaining kind and caring throughout these stressful times and if there were more stars , they deserve them! Thank you all so much for your care and kindness🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
I love the care I receive from each department at the UC Irvine Medical Center. They are at the forefront of medical knowledge and have the most up to date procedures and treatments. I highly recommend this world class facility. I have dealt with the Multi Specialty Group and the CDDC and cannot say enough about the fantastic care I have received at all levels...
I am so very impressed with UCI medical center! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and caring! I took my brother here when we thought he was dying after fighting Covid on his own at home for nine days. He was treated well, fed well, and he could not tell me enough how wonderful all the nurses and staff have been. Everybody was working overtime and doing everything possible for their patients. Thank you nurses and staff at UCI who I have no doubt saved my brothers life♥️
i did a telemedicine and i was charge by my doctor for the consult and the facility charge me more for using the phone. this is ridiculous.
This review for Jennifer G specifically and UCI Billing department in general, I received a bill with the amount to be grossly more than a cash price I was quoted just because I used my insurance. They explained that because I have a deductible, they have to charge the my insurance the price "set by the university" which is grossly inflated compared to the cash price. So the deal is the they can charge more to a patient that has insurance compared to a patient without - and it is our liability to understand our pricing. I did contact my insurance and they could not provide the pricing for the procedure when inquired but that is another issue by itself. I have asked for a review through email and calls for 4 months and constantly followed up by saying Jennifer is "reviewing my case". Finally I got connected after more than 4 months of waiting and Jennifer first asked me what "is going on" with my account? She has never looked at it. Then give me the generic fake apologetic excuse that we cannot do anything, pricing is engraved in stone. The cash price change between days - We went to do the same procedure 1 month after the first appointment knowing now that the insurance price is ridiculous so we asked for cash price, they charge only half of the original cash price. This place is a joke! I would never step in to another UCI facility if I have a choice. They are money hungry corporate acting like a university. Shame on you ant eaters!

I was treated very well by doctors, but some nurses were ready to dismiss any requests I made and to make things worse I had my jewelry stolen by staff in the ER....
Horrible experience with trying to find a doctor, inaccurate listings, and then when I met a doctor, she was absolutely horrible. Worst experience I have ever had. They allowed her charge 5X more than any other hospital I've been to and try to send bills for appointments that took place almost a year ago. Never stepping foot near here again - they'd probably bill me for it.
Been sitting here for over 8 hours and haven’t been called back yet. This is unacceptable probably worst ER ever gone to
