I went in for a consultation almost a month ago and everything went well, I had the x-rays done same day ,and NEVER heard back from Ms. Ebonie Vincent or her staff. I need to fix my bunion and I thought she would have taken me seriously. I think she's too busy for regular people. I won't be calling her anymore! Waste of my time!

My first appointment with Dr. Vincent was great! I had never seen a podiatrist before and didn't know what to expect, but from the moment Dr. Vincent walked into the exam room, I felt I made the right decision choosing her. She is extremely personable, very well-spoken and provided me with good information concerning plantar fasciitis. Bedside manner is important to me and I really felt that Dr. Vincent took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. Several days after receiving a cortisone shot, my foot felt much better and I hope it will stay that way with better shoes and the exercises Dr. Vincent gave me to do at home. I'm so happy Dr. Vincent is my podiatrist and highly recommend her to anyone with foot problems!

Dr. Vincent was wonderful. I have seen 15 different doctors in the past year for my special condition with my feet and ankles. Not one of them was like her. She was compassionate and understanding. She really listened to me and seemed to really care. I can tell this doctor is really going to do her best to help me get my life back.

An ABSOLUTELY professional, skillful and caring Doctor. Dr. Vincent is attentive and her staff reflect her etiquette. We left there feeling and KNOWING we are in the BEST hands!!! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! GO!!! DON'T THINK TWICE :)

I had a consultation with Dr. Vincent to perform surgery on my right foot as I have a broken bone in my foot. The actual consultation was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable in allowing her to take care of my issue as I’ve had surgery before and the bone was not properly repaired. My issue came after the consultation...I’ve called and called and had to follow up at least 5 times to try to get a date for surgery. I’ve been told several times someone will get back to me, I’ve been told someone will call me back the next day, and at this point I’m not comfortable anymore with allowing my surgery to be done here. I’ve never felt like I am begging a doctors office to do their job it’s kind of weird. Normally the doctors office is calling you to remind you to come in. Anyway, this is absolutely unfortunate because she is an awesome doctor, she just probably needs to get a better staff. I’ll be moving on to find another surgeon. I decided to leave a review so hopefully she will see this because I’m tired of calling her staff over and over again.

Paid out of pocket up front. Charged me for aftercare expenses and there have been a lot. Almost a year after my surgery and after countless x-rays, ultra sounds, allergy tests, painful lancing and injections. Way worse than before. Wished I never came here.
