It was an hour past our appt time before we saw the doctor.
Every time I have an appointment I have to wait while the staff figures out what my out of pocket payment will be. My insurance hasn't changed since I've been a UCI patient but every time it's like my insurance coverage baffles the staff. I do not understand why my co-pay can't be computed before I arrive. Having cancer is bad enough without piling on administrative headaches that UCI should be able to spare be from. This is why I would be hesitant to recommend Dr. Uchio to others.
Everything was good. Thank You
Dr. Uchio listen to my concerns and offered various tests and treatments to assist in eliminating my illness.
My appointment was for 10:30 AM. Didn't see doctor until almost two hours later! I can see in the waiting room that it was very busy that day. But how can they be running that late if you're scheduling appointments and know approximately how long appointments will take?
My original appointment was in {patient PHI removed}, however, the day before my appointment I received a call to say it had been cancelled because the referral had not been submitted. I've been treating with Dr. Uchio for 5 years, so image my dismay after waiting 6 months for my appointment, to have it pushed to {patient PHI removed}. Otherwise, my visit was fairly routine..
I have complete trust and confidence in Dr. Uchio. He's a brilliant and kind man. I have and will continue to recommend my friends to him. I give him a 10+++!
Didn't see doc until almost two hours past my appointed time. Can't you do better with that?
Efficient. Dr. Uchio clearly is busy, and a bit behind schedule, but worth the wait.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
