Dr. Priya Shah performed 2 thyroid nodule biopsies on me recently and I can't thank her enough for such positive experiences both times. She is thorough and detailed in her work and put me at ease since I was nervous about needles. Her patience and attentiveness put me at ease and she answered all of my questions. I also appreciate the fact that she was honest in her advice to me as to what my next steps should be. She told me to take my time and not to rush into any procedures. I really like her approach since I have experienced the opposite with other doctors in the past. I highly recommend her and will be back to see her again in the near future.

I have been a patient here for more than a decade ever since when Dr. Rettinger was still practicing. Since he retired I am now seeing Dr. Rockoff. Both are incredible doctors. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. But through the years I've experienced inconsistencies in the quality of the office staffs so I didn't know how to review this place. However my recent experiences have been great! I ran into an issue today and members of the staff helped me so quickly, kindly and effectively to resolve an issue with insurance and pharmacy. I appreciate you guys working so well as a whole team. Thank you!

Fantastic office! Wonderful providers. Friendly and helpful staff. It's busy, but that's because they are so good that everyone wants to be there. I'm so appreciative of the care I've received.

I'm so impressed with Dr. Rockoff and this entire practice. This was my first visit, and Dr. Rockoff took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and thoughtfully and patiently answered my questions. He's a brilliant physician who clearly cares about his patients and making sure they are well-informed while getting the best treatment. He also is fun and easy to talk with and has a has a fantastic sense of humor. In addition, the entire staff was relaxed, warm, and friendly. The whole vibe was on point! I'm so grateful to be Dr. Rockoff's patient. It's great that the practice and Dr. Rockoff support the LGBTQ+ community, too.

Dr. Shah is so kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She was the first doctor that we encountered that took the time to listen to the issues that other doctors dismissed. She helped address them with medication and a plan of care that really worked at getting my daughter back to good health. Our follow up care with Keirsten the NP has been equally as impressive. I appreciate that the fact that our interactions with them always make us feel like we are their most valued patients. Thank you Dr. Shah, NP Keirsten, and your office's ancillary staff. You are greatly appreciated : )

Dr. Shah is super informative and patient. But I want to give a shout out to Nathaniel. Nathaniel helped me on the phone in a crisis. A miscommunication had happened and my order wasn't at Quest diagnostics. Quest was about to be closing for the day and were going to kick me out without getting my blood order done. Nathaniel got the order to them in under 5 minutes!! He was also so kind and patient to me while I was having a difficult moment. Thank you Nathaniel!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for years. During those years I have moved to Arizona but still drive back to California to get services from Dr. Shah. She is wonderful and thorough and personable. I feel I get the best care from her. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Well worth my drive from Arizona!

I've had Type 1 since 2008 and Addison's since 1996 so I've been in the Endocronology game a long time and seen numerous docs and nurses. Hands down my favorite doctor in all these years is Dr. Rockoff. He's young, knowledgeable, he cares and spends a lot of time with me every time I see him. I actually look forward to seeing him. I highly recommend him, just don't take my appointment when i need to see him. The only negative is the office is VERY busy so you need to get to know who to call for what and you may need to check in on prescriptions from time to time. endocrinology is a complicated discipline so appointments before you may run long I'm not sure what can be done about that. But nothing out of the ordinary. At the end of the day Dr Rockoff is the best. Worth any hassles the office may have.
