Doctor Shabdiz is an amazing doctor. I had problems breathing through my nostrils and he fixed that for me perfectly. I feel like the world is mine after I could breath through my nose after 19 years! Definitely recommend him!0
Have been to Dr. Shabdiz two times now, bringing senior patients suffering ear issues. Everything went really well in both cases: issues dealt with proficiently. Dr. Shabdiz is friendly and professional. Nice office and good staff. Complete satisfaction.
Worst experience ever! He is not caring, he wrote a prescription for a med that is not sold anymore, he failed to warn me about the serious side affects of Levaquin, he did not return my call into him, his office phone service answered with another DR's, name and when I did speak with his office, all I got was the DR is not reachable. Two days later, I went to a great ENT at Head and Neck Associates and the DR said my ear was so bad, he was ready to admit me to the hospital. As a direct result of DR Shadbidz's failure to care for me, I actually got facial paralysis, I had ear tubes put in and I might have permanent hearing loss. Stay Away

I had a branchial cleft cyst and Dr Shabdiz did an amazing job with having my consultations and making me feel comfortable about the surgery and doing such an amazing job.! Would definitly recommend him!
I went there because ive had some sort of bacteria or something stuck in my throat for more than 3 months. I saw this guy for 10 minutes tops, he stuck a camera down my nose through my throat and basically kicked me out. Didnt give any insight, no comments on what could possibly cause my symptoms, no recommendation on what to do next, when i asked him if he could prescribe anything, he said no because it could be so many different things, i mean but if im not mistaken a real doctor is supposed to find out what it is. He did nothing just took my darn money and said get out. One of the worst experiences ever. And i still feel horrible. Smh 10 minutes = $500 without any solution at all.
great doctor!
Had great results with Dr. Shabdiz removing a hearing aid cap that got stuck in my ear. It only took seconds where Urgent Care had no success trying to get it out. He also took a look at my nostril, ordered a ct scan, and after reviewing it with me referred me to a UCI expert on nasal surgery to remove an olfactory tumor.
Called another dr for an appointment but was connected to this office message center. After explaining my situation of ear ache she said someone would call back. A few minutes later they call me back and tell me to go to the emergency room. For an ear ache with pressure.. really? If you want to start your new years eve celebration early then take the day off instead of pushing people to an expensive er visit.
Dr Shabdiz is very knowledgeable and caring. He cared for my disabled father with proper diagnosis, followed by a minor surgical procedure. Then, Dr Shabdiz followed up with a phone call to discuss how my father doing. My family really appreciated Dr Shabdiz's professional and personal care.

He explained everything in detail, even giving bad news he had compassion. Trying to calm me down and reassuring that all would be fine Waiting for my biopsy day, confident I have very good caring doctors..
Dr.Shabdiz and his whole staff has been more than accommodating to us. We would highly reccomend him. Thank you all for getting us through one of the scariest times of our lives.
Recommendation for surgeon, Dr. Faramarz Shabdiz from patient, Suzanne Hawley...I crossed paths with Dr. Shabdiz because I had a basal cell cancer on my nose. Right from the get-go, I was impressed. The Entrust Medical Group has their headquarters in St. Joseph Pavilion on La Veta in Orange and like his surroundings, I soon found out that Dr. Shabdiz is classy. When he entered the examining room, he actually glowed. I felt (and saw) his warm, golden aura. He smiled like he really meant it and when he looked at my cancer, I knew he had razor sharp eyes. Within two minutes, I figured it out: I was in good hands. His lovely assistant, Roxanna Sanchez, (who has been with him for about eight years... doesn't that speak volumes about what a great boss he is?) immediately scheduled the procedure with the La Veta Surgical Center and I would be in-and-out in one afternoon. When I arrived, I quickly met my pre-op nurse, Beth, whose consultation put me at ease. As she prepped me, I was delighted that she had a joyful, disarming personality. Were we having fun? Absolutely! She handed me off to Ameir, my surgical nurse, who would be by my side as we segued into the operating room. (Somehow, as he was telling me what to expect, we discovered that we were both passionate cooks and he committed to memory a recipe I'd invented - "Suzanne's Salmon.") Ameir was disarming, too, and I happily noted that I was not stressed in the least.Dr. Shabdiz frequently buzzed by my curtained domicile and, there it was again, that golden aura that followed him everywhere. The female anesthesiologist, Dr. Nicolai, stopped in to introduce herself and before I knew it, I was on the operating table. I trusted these people. I was in loving hands. My next experience was coming out of anesthesia in the recovery room and, whoopee, as we'd arranged, there was my beautiful daughter Kirsten and my oh-so-pretty, rambunctious, three-year-old granddaughter, Cheyenne Skye. They'd both come from Los Angeles to celebrate my new nose that had borrowed some skin from behind my right ear.So, a week later, I was back at Dr. Shabdiz's office and he deemed my recovery thus far as perfect. He announced that there wouldn't be a trace of the graft in three to six months. But, wait a minute! I didn't want this man to depart from my life. I wrote him a letter describing my successful journalistic writing career and told him I was now building a book of memoirs and collaborating on a movie script. Outrageously healthy at 71, I had another 20 years or so of writing left in me - and, I added, "one more torrid love affair." After the nose had healed, Dr. Shabdiz and I would meet again. I would be able to afford a facelift from him and wouldn't that pull out all the stops in my life? You see, when you meet someone with an incredible aura, you know you will be friends for life. I cannot wait to be back at the La Veta Surgical Center for my next appointment with this fabulous doctor and his great support team!

2 weeks (So Far even) for a referal to be submitted on, my 9yo boy. What a joke. we go in there and tell them we want to see what they sent, as we were told they would get it out that day we were seen. Due to my boy having liquid in the ear on both sides and looking very painful, for over a month. He was at Their urgent care 4 times in the last month. 4 different antibiotics. Still nothing. So we do their job for them and start calling medical group/insurance company. Come to find out they still haven't even done a referral request for tubes, tonsils removed, and other needs. In 2 weeks! If you can sit around and wait till they feel its time to do their job, while you just get put off. Then this is the place for you!
Had an appointment due to the fact I kept having a hoarse voice. Dr. Shabdiz did not take the time to listen to anything I said. He insisted that I had acid reflux and gave me a prescription for acid reflux. I did not and do not have acid reflux. Absolute waste of my time.
This review is being written for my Mother in law Lee Parkinson. She recently has had to undergo testing for what turns out to be Lymphoma. She will soon undergo chemotherapy and we expect a full recovery...She asked us to do a review of Dr Shabdiz on Healthgrades.. but the space there was so limited that we decided to add this one as well. After many years of perfect health Mom was referred to Dr Shabdiz. She was suffering from some swollen glands in her neck and needed a specialist. From the moment she stepped in the office she was struck by the warm friendly atmosphere. Her first introduction to Dr Shabdiz filled her with confidence. The warmth and kindness in his eyes and his gentle manner made her feel at ease instantly. This continued throughout the office from the front desk to every person she came into contact with during her visits and procedures. Dr Shabdiz listened and focused on her explanations. A refreshing change from doctors who just rush you through the process with barely a moment of eye contact. Mom had to have a biopsy and the girls in the office made her feel like Miss America.. She is 92 years young, with emphasis on the young, and everyone was amazed and delighted to see what 92 can be!! They had her take a bow and applauded her which really gave her a boost at a difficult time. After the results came back Dr Shabdiz reassured her of the treat-ability and curability of her diagnosis. Mom was released to an oncologist.. She was sorry to leave Dr Shabdiz’s care but she knows that he put her into good hands.. She bid a sad farewell with hugs all around and we know she will be stopping back in just to say hi whenever she can. They really made her feel like family not just a patient. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the prep. techs, to Dr Shabdiz himself have restored our faith in the medical profession. Every up and coming physician and even seasoned doctors could take a lesson and learn from this doctors example. The epitome of bedside manner. It’s people caring about people...not just the next file on the pile. Thank you Dr Shabdiz for taking such wonderful care of not just Mom’s physical needs but for caring about her heart and soul...God Bless you.
Dr. Shabdiz is great! He is kind, courteous and very professional. He performed my thyroidectomy and saved my life. The staff is also great, you feel welcomed from the minute you walk in. In my visits I have had great patient experience.
He messed up my nose so bad that I could not breathe and he lied on his paper work. He is mean and very rude and not trustworthy:
