During COVID pandemic, it was very scary to trust a caregiver to be around the elderly. The crew at First Light Home Care came to the rescue and made us all feel comfortable.Great case management and great Caregivers, but most importantly very caring and professional.They did a great job and we would call them again if we ever need help!

I'm a medical health care professional and I've referred First Light Home Care to many families and patients. As a social worker and Admissions Director, I know I can count on the First Light home care team to help my patients who are discharging home to help them with their home recovery and safety. I've had very good feedback from all the families I've referred which is why I continue to refer. Definitely recommend and their caregivers.

I was referred by a case manager to call Firstlight to care for my father coming home from rehab. That was the best decision I made!

Be careful with this place most of the personal are either undocumented or ex convicts including the personnel from the office Maribel and Martha. The caregivers from the night shift normally sleep through the night leaving the client wet all night and that’s because they are working 2 shifts

FirstLight Home Care is a family owned business and they treat their employees like family also. I've been there a year and am quite satisfied with the scheduling and communication and ongoing training provided. The rate of pay is comparable to other home healthcare companies if not a tad more - you don't get into this line of work to get rich - but there is always plenty of overtime. If you want to work for a company who cares about their clients and their employees I recommend checking us out. Tell them Robin P sent you :)

Ask for Viridiana Contreras (Vee for short). I recently had a meniscus surgery and I had the pleasure of being assigned Vee as my caregiver. She was attentive, supporting, and knowledgeable. Not only that, she has a great sense of humor, which put my post-surgery anxiety at ease. I would request her in the future, and highly recommend her services to any future client(s) in need. She's certainly an assets to this company. All around great job, FirstLight!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! FirstLight Home Care has provided an exceptional service since day one. My brother got into a major vehicle accident, which prevented him from self care for a few months. FirstLight was there with us through his physical therapy, doctors appointments and his day to day care. We couldn't of done this with out you. We highly recommend them.
