Dr Thai diagnosed me with MS. I see why people say she’s “stern” but really she’s just straight to the point, gives you difinitive answers, and doesn’t try to butter up what she’s saying. When it comes to medical discussion, thats exactly what you want. No nonsense answers and knowledge. And I actually thought she was a perfectly nice and caring to boot. I am confident with her treatment plan and so thankful for her.
She is very detailed, and will save your life! She gets at you when you are not doing what you should be doing, but she is also the most caring doctor. Thank you!
Dr. Thai is an outstanding physician who always has my health and progress her priority. She asks pertinent questions and provides follow up . She takes the time needed to make me feel comfortable..
My mother loves her, because she will call me at home to make sure that I'm doing what I should be doing. Tells you exactly how it is, but sometimes I want her to lie. She's one-of-a-kind, I have seen other doctors.
Outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, takes her time with patients. Answers questions clearly.
First time seeing Dr. Thai. My experience during this initial visit was very pleasant. She was very attentive to my issues. Asked many questions and listened to all of mine. She documented everything that was said and was very thorough. She also took as much time that was needed and didn't rush through the appointment. Dr. Thai also has a great personality.
This ws my daughters first visit with Dr. Tai...she appears to be very detailed which is good, but she was a little snippy with my daughter when she didnt respond as fast as she wanted. My husband on the othe rhand was impressed and said that since this was the first time we should cut the Dr. some slack.
Refuses to explain test results.Orders wrong tests.Orders tests not approved by patient.
I had to take my husband to this Doc for 2nd opinion since we were not convinced with the diagnosis that the other neurologist had made. Our insurance had approved us to see this doctor (out of network) for 1 time only due to his HMO. As soon as she walked in, she said I am supposed to see you one time only & feels like it is going to be too much work for me to go over all the (last 2 By the way) reports. Without even introduction or greeting, she had my husband sit next to her & started examining him. She treated us very badly while being sarcastic about us being unsatisfied with the initial diagnosis. We felt that she probably had some personal grudges against us. May be because she probably knew one of the doctors who had contributed making the initial diagnosis (Just a guess)!! By the way, the purpose of our visit was to know if she was in an agreement with the initial diagnosis. As a medical professional she should be able to accept the existence of differences in the opinions without being too personal. She kept on saying at least 35 times that we were making her work too much for one visit (or for too little money?) & she could have refused the service. She completely failed to empathize with the patient & rather attacked the personality of the patient making him feel that he was asking for too much. While my husband was asking about the possible diagnosis she called us bunch of overwhelmed people although I had not asked her any single question. I believe that a patient has every right of being concerned about himself & ensure that all his questions are answered. After all, he really is dealing with a life & death situation & this lady did not make it ANY better for him!! He may be one of the many patients to her but he is the only one for someone
She does not explain anything. Vague answers with poor beside manners. She actually started ignoring some of my questions. I often had to ask, is that a yes or no? Some advicewhen talking to your patients, it may be wise to stop typing and have some eye contact with them!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
