Excellent, excellent quality of care and service from Green Jade! I've been going regularly for the last year to treat some very complicated health issues and I leave every time feeling calm, uplifted, and headache-free! The staff are so friendly and kind and Chris is just the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else, my results are just too amazing.

Been coming here since 2015. I've been to other acupuncturists before and Green Jade is truly the best. I even took a relative to a different acupuncturist a few years ago (due to insurance reasons ) and i have more confirmation that Green Jade is the best experience. Chris is wonderful and explains the process so well including the use of TCM. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Parking has never been an issue and the facilities are clean. Over the years I have recommended friends, family and coworkers here. Thanks Chris, Kellen and company for the care over the years. I'll keep coming back .

So here I am in tons of pain for many days. Zero relief in sight. With all the holiday trying to even think of finding someone open is miraculous in itself. Well Dr Chris at Green Jade Answered the call! I searched multiple spots and no one picked up the phone. And then the angel Dr did. I told him my issues with some major nerve pain in my back and he said, how quickly can you be there? 30 minutes! So just a heads up. This guy and his second Dr are on call 7 days a week! On weekends give him and call and he gets you in! That is priceless! It's like having a concierge Dr in my Rolodex! (More than half won't know what a Rolodex is) back to the treatment. He had a clean office, easy to find. Lots of very cool art work. Filled out some forms and he listened to exactly what I needed. He got to work and within minutes the needles were doing their job, properly placed by the Doctor! When others have given me pills, this Doc gave me hope. By the end of the session my pain was gone. And I was actually able to walk Home Depot and get some supplies. When I got home I rested. But I didn't take any form of medication cause I wanted to see if his treatment would hold. And sure enough it's 6:24 and I'm still good. So hats off to Dr Chris. Can't wait for my second treatment and helping many more areas of my body. Give him a shot! 7 days a week! Amazing!

I was blessed to find Green Jade through a recommendation. It's a soothing atmosphere where I can deeply relax during acupuncture sessions and come away feeling so clear and refreshed. Receiving regular acupuncture treatments at Green Jade was truly helpful in relieving stress, insomnia from menopause, and supporting memory and immune system health. First timer, got a Groupon. Chris took care of me and boy did he know what he was doing. I went home feeling like a million bucks. Thank you Chris and to the receptionist in the front for being so friendly. I definitely recommend especially if it's your first time! They will take good care of you.

I was suffering from foot and calf pain and sought out help here to get some relief to be able to resume my physical activities. Chris was my main clinician and he was so helpful. He listened to all my issues and presented a thorough care plan to get me relief. Within 6 visits, I have had significant relief and am well on the path to a full recovery. I also saw Hannah, another clinician, and she was also extremely knowledgeable and followed through on making sure all my concerns were addressed. Would highly recommend them for care.

I suffer from osteoarthritis on my joints. One of them is due to past injury and the others are inherited from my family (mom and aunts, they all have arthritis). Usually when my joints are flaring up, I could manage with NSAID drugs or Tylenol. But this past winter, California had an atmospheric river rains that were chilling to the bones. My arthritis was really having it. None of the NSAID or Tylenol worked. Stiffness and pains attacked day and night. Some moments the pain level was 7or 8 out of 10. On top of drugs, heat pads and ice were what I used a lot to ease the pain. Morning was the hardest. I was giving up on life and could not stand living with the pain. Doctor recommended taking NSAID drugs and Tylenol arthritis which were not enough to deal with the pain. Then, I looked up Yelp trying to find an acupuncturist that is not too far to go to. As with my experience with acupuncture in the past, I know that I will have to go back multiple times to get rid of the pain. From reading Yelp reviews, I chose this clinic. The reviewers are right. This clinic is a great acupuncture clinic. All the acupuncturists in this clinic, including Chris, the owner, are very attentive and caring. The scheduling was easy and communications were also easy. In the beginning, the treatments helped slightly but after multiple treatments the pain started to ease up. Due to the pain I had, I also started developing an insomnia. I received an acupuncture treatment for insomnia too. This one was effective immediately. After multiple treatments, 3 times a week, my joint pain was lessened. I also started taking Chinese herbs prescribed by the acupuncturist. After a while, I gradually came less frequent. Now I am able to live normally and on my way to be well again. My arthritic joints will never be normal joints again as there are no cure for arthritis. It is all about pain management and what to do when they are flaring up. But when they do, flaring up, I know what to do and where to go now.

I booked an acupuncture session last minute due to shoulder/neck pain and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The staff was so kind and very thorough in their communication/call backs. The treatment itself was effective, and I left with relief and felt rejuvenated. Would definitely recommend!
