Beware you make an appointment and you won't be seen for an hour just to find out the doctors running behind, terrible service will never utilize this facility again! Worst part about it is you would think the doctor staff would come out and advise you that the doctors are running behind, but they just ignore you, unprofessional in my opinion doctors offices give you a 10 minute grace period to run late yet they can take as long as they want as though their patients times has no value, and not to mention you asked to speak with the office manager and coincidentally she's not available either...

Heck, Dr. Carlson saved my life and limbs. So I can only say good things about my visit. It’s nice being able to check in with ,I phone. Wasn’t a long wait.

Outstanding practice. True patient care. Staff was amazing. Chris was very professional and friendly; patient during MRI process. I love they have their own equipment and don’t have to refer out services.

Dr. Carlson really knows what he is doing. He also knows me and my condition very well. Without me saying a word he told me what he felt was causing the pain in my back and what he planned to do to correct it. What he said was exactly what I was thinking. I feel very confident going forward with this surgery.
