Jason Kim is an ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL. He made the home buying experience easy by providing tools and expert knowledge that only a seasoned Realtor can provide. Jason walked us through the pros/cons of each home we looked at either through open houses or online. Through Jason's skillsets and industry knowledge, we were able to find an amazing home and an extremely great rate. Jason understands the real estate industry and help guided us to our forever home!

Dr. Kim is a very knowledgeable doctor. I did my research and learned that he is both board certified in ENT and plastics. Since he was performing surgery on me, I wanted to go with the doctor with the most education and practice in various areas. Dr. Kim took the time to get to learn my medical history and answer all my questions. Surgery went well.

I had an appointment with Dr Kim today at 4pm. When I arrived at his office there was a line at reception, I waited more than 15 minutes in line while the receptionist chatted with a another person in line in some Asian language. When I was finally acknowledged I was told the doctor was not in!!! They were rude and finally offered me an appointment at the end of the month. I was upset that they did not try to call me, as I had to take the afternoon off work. Terrible attitude by the office staff. Lousy place, won’t return.

Now is an insanely difficult time to buy a house. There is so much competition, prices are high, and there is a severe lack of inventory. But the fact that we were able to get a great home proves just how awesome Jason is. He is knowledgeable, strategic, polite, and a hard worker. I know he had other clients besides me, but he always made me feel like I was his priority. Whenever I had a question or didn't understand something, he would take the time to go through it with me. I always felt like he had my back, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.

Buying a house is stressful. We've been spending this journey with Jason! We met in his open house and I got a good first impression of his professional work. He was easy to reach out and always gave us a prompt feedback. Unless we met as a client and agent, we were having a great time and 100% satisfied with our closing.

Jason helped us get into our (forever?) home. Met Jason out of chance, but that conversation left me with a strong impression of the type of person he is. I was right! I came across our home, and reached out to Jason. Jason was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He worked hard to get us into our home. Jason made the process very easy. Jason negotiated the price, Items that came up during the inspection were negotiated to our liking and We closed on time. Communication was always good. We were so happy with Jason's handling of the purchase that we trusted him with the sale of another home. Jason hired a professional photographer, provided us with great pointers and direction for increasing curb appeal, as well as making minor changes that made a big impact at the time of the sale. The listing and open house generated lots of interest and multiple offers. All offers were reviewed with us fully and we accepted. House closed above asking and with out issues. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jason with future RE needs. Also, Jason periodically calls and texts to check in on us. Thanks Jason!

My wife and I met Jason in 2018 at a local house showing. We weren't decided at that point and many many houses were hot with bidding wars. We finally found a house in a great location but it was pending on MLS. Jason somehow was able to find out that the house was about to cancel its current contract, able to negotiate directly with the seller 's agent and had them sign a contract with us within a few days without having the house being posted back to the market with a very affordable price. Jason helped us through the process and was very patience and knowledgeable the whole time. we were glad that we bought the house and have enjoyed it in the last 4 years.
